Me and my husband had gone up there & the entire process was completely professional and very quick. Maybe took 15 minutes for the entire thing. The facility was spotless and clean. They completely worked with us on payments and the amount and did everything they could to help us. We set up an automatic withdraw for the payment but we still get a call two days prior to make sure that we are able to pay that payment or if we needed extra time. Which I think is an extra mile on their part. A absolutely huge thank you to Erik, Apryl, & Cassie.

These ladies are amazing, I never go to any cash store because I always like to see Briy, Hailey, and Cristal, they always greet me with open arms, are always smiling, have great customer service. I definitely recommend these ladies!!!!

Horrible. 500% interest. They do not have the 'technology' to schedule payments on your pay periods (mine is the 15th and last day of the month). If you show up on Friday, every payment MUST be on Friday! Because of this, I faltered on my loan ONE payment, they sent me to their 'collections' dept (corporate). They have been calling me 10 times a day ever since. I go into the office in Porter, make a payment towards my remaining balance, I give them another 'promise to pay date, so that the calls do not continue' (that's what the nice ladies in the office tell you), and low and behold I go home and still get called 10 times per day. It is out right harassment, and when I have the cash I will file a lawsuit against them for harassment. I will never do business with them again. 500% interest is for loan sharks and mobsters anyway.

The whole staff is always helpful, kind, and warm. I enjoy seeing their happy helpful faces every time I come in. They strive to be on a first name basis. I enjoy the hometown feel.

The young lady upfront wasn’t very nice to me. I’ve been here before and gotten another lady who actually helped me well. I miss the old employees cause this new girl isn’t cutting the slack. Won’t come to this location again or recommend it.

It really is sad how they take advantage of lower class people. We tried getting a loan from our bank that we have been with for 5 years and we're denied. We have tried so hard to get credit that it has reflected poorly on our credit scores. The powers that be "Cottonwood financial" are thugs who take advantage of the fact that lower class people are not approved for HELP by so many other financial companies that they charge 500%interest in some casses. I got a loan for $300 and have already paid over $2,000 and still have not completed my loan payments yet. Please be aware of what y itou are signing up for. It is a mistake to get involved with these people. And they have such a high rate of turnover in their employees that you never see the same face for long so it is always uncomfortable dealing with different people. I would never recommend someone getting a loan from the cash store simply because it puts a bigger strain on you in the future than the financial strain you are experiencing right now. My family has suffered because of this loan. It is a mistake.

We have dealt with these people for 1 yr and when the two girls were there we didn't have any problems.They were always helpful.Now recently we have a problem with them.I will pay off my loans and never go in there to get another loan.They called today and at first they told me my loan was due on the third.mine and my husband's loan always fall on the 3rdwell today they said his loan payment was today.so when I called back to pay it they told me my was due tommorow.They can't seem to get there stuff together any more.I will never recommend any body to them .

These girls always take care of my husband and I. They are definitely awesome here, hailey, bri, and cristal, are always there to help and very attentive. Great customer service as well.

I had tons of questions and the store manager Briyonna was beyond helpful! The girls in there are always super kind and knowledgeable. You’ll never catch me at a different location!

Outstanding, kind staff! Hailey & Briy did everything in their power for me to have a great experience. 10/10 would recommend!
