Purchased a broken corded power tool for 1$ 5 stars because a lot of pawn shops try to get you to pay like $10 for broken things or try to tell you it's not broken. But not this place The only bad thing was I couldn't get a multimeter for 5$ or whatever I offered. -0.1 star for that 4.9 stars

NEVER have i been to a business with such bad customer service. The lady in there LAUGHED to her coworkers before I even left the store because of the price I TOLD HER I WANTED for MY items that I WAS NOT SELLING. Then had the audacity to call ME broke...but yet she's working in a Pawnshop?..Reporting them to the BBB as well.

If I could rate this place 0 Stars I would. I left my house 40 minutes away because I called and asked if they took certain items and they told me they did down to the price all my items were brand new. When entering the store it looked at me like he wasn't going to take them anyways but he took the items back to the back and spent 15 minutes back there. Then after coming to the front to me again he low-balled me on the items that he said he could do $20 a piece and he loved all me another item. Then the items he told me he could do $15 a piece on he said that he couldn't take. Do not go to this pawn shop at all all the stuff in the store is heavily overpriced and I love all the customer when they're things are in new condition.

Hella unprofessional. If you're black, stay away. The african made the 10K on my gold chain disappear. So I pawned my pistol, and when I went to retrieve it, they didn't call me back, I had to callback the next day. Then the big girl took my money then gave me an attitude about giving me a receipt. Lied about their hours. Clearly posted on numerous online sources that they're open on Sundays but lo and behold, they aren't.

The manager is a professional!! ripping off their customers.

These people are very sad. Just because of your RACE they try to give you the lowest of the lowest and offer you a whole different price than what they give you. Then their rude the manager Jason he is very poor of a manager someone else needs to be the manager up there. Hes rude and likes to be sarcastic and rude. I don't recommend anyone go to this Cash Pawn. They are no good. And their leadership isn't either.

Cash Plus is a well versed shop. They have friendly, very professional, and hard working men and women working there. I've been going here for years and they have my loyalty as a decent establishment. They try to help you as much as they can and with what the law will allow. They are a CASH ONLY place and require ID for everything. Thank you to cash plus pawn for helping me out and all your great service. -jamie-
