I've been going here for several months now and the service is always great. The girls working are always friendly and incredibly helpful. Service is surprisingly fast and if you are in a bind and need a little payday loan I do not feel like it fits into the "loan shark" category. There is an offer for an interest free 100 dollar loan and if you need more, the rates are reasonable. Thanks for being there when I've needed help!

I have been using this place for years. Always had a good experience. Today though, I had so much to do on my one day off and got to them my 6:30pm to pay my bill only to find them closed. The website says 7 and I am so disappointed and very worried now.

Since CASH is in the name, you'd think that they would cash a check. NO... It's now put on an ATM card, (in which fees waste half of your check) I want PAPER MONEY, Not $38 to put it on a card, then $5 withdrawal fees to get it off. Signs of the times I guess, but now it's FALSE ADVERTISING!!!

I go here all the time..I love the ladies who work there.:) Sometimes if there are no customers behind me we will talk a bit...They have always been very nice to me..I give them a 10 star rating .:)

The ladies here are always smiling and they are helpfull. Don't try to trick or fool them....they know all the games

after calling to see what I needed to get a pay day loan, something I never do, I was told ALL what I needed. I was uniformed that is was in need of references, on the bases that I have never done one of these. After telling the lady behind the counter that I wish she had told be that when I called in a disappointed tone. she got defensive and replayed, "I have never had to tell anyone that before" Worst customer service in my life, and the Lady was defiantly unprofessional. when I would go to explain myself she would talk over me. she did not make me feel valued as a customer. And did not own up to her mistake. Even went on to ask me Why I did not have my phone? I'm sorry but that non-of her business. you do not ask were a customers phone is. I don't think I will be going to this store ever. I felt embarrassed and angered.

I love these ladies. I have been going here for almost 10 years and would recommend them to everyone. Their customer service is great. Someone always have a bad review of almost anyplace you go but that bad review from someone who has only been once wouldn't be a good reason for me not to go. Everyone has a bad day but don't let that discourage you. The ladies at the Bellview location are awesome and long time employees. Thanks ladies. See you soon.

That one girl yall got up there tonight. Is very rude she has a major attitude problem. She acted like she didnt want to wait on me. She seems really ghetto I'll start paying my Bill's somewhere else. I've been coming here for w while and I'm not going to be treated like this.

I have been going to the Belleview Location since I moved to Belleview. I have never had an issue with the ladies who works there. They are great people and they have a good heart.

Seem a little racist to me. I haven't seen a minority working in this business for years.
