Tammy Tanner was very friendly when I came into the store and very prompt service. She explained the loan process to me very throughly and I was pleased beyond my expectations.

I made an account just so I can share my experience with this company. From the time that I walked in Holly gave me the most stank face and asked with disgust after staring me down “how can I help you?” I had called before coming and explained that I was coming to apply for a loan and the person I spoke with over the phone explained that the loan amount would be based upon pay. I get down there and Holly explains that I would only apply for a $150 first time loaner loan which was never mentioned. The sassiness and rudeness that I received was highly uncalled for. Holly’s attitude is very stank and I would definitely NOT recommend this company.

Hollie is a WONDERFUL person!! She is very friendly and caring!! Everytime I go there we are laughing and talking! She treats me with kindness and is willing to help in any kind of way!! (As long as you communicate). And making sure there are snacks and drinks for the customers.. I would recommend people to come here if they ever need a loan as long as they have WONDERFUL and KIND people like Hollie!

They were great until new management. They implemented new rules and gave no warning. They refuse to help you in any way. They threaten to repo your vehicle if one day late. They don't honor your original contract. I never had a problem making my my payments, alway paid within the 5 days. Now they won't redo my loan to get it on the date needed for the payment to not be late. I'm on disability and only get paid once a month on the 3rd. They changed their policies not me. I have always done what my contract said. Now They would rather take my car than work with me. I have been a loyal customer for years and referred many people to them. I will cease business with them once my loans are taken care of and I will tell all those I referred how I was treated. I will no longer refer anyone to them. They broke their contract with me and acted extremely unprofessional. I will also be reporting this to the BBB. WHEN YOU IMPLIMENT NEW POLICIES THEY SHOULD NOT TRUMP ORIGINAL SIGNED CONTRACTS.
