I won't name names but two people who are usually manning the front have the WORST ATTITUDES I've ever seen. In my opinion they don't just low ball they go lower than that and the unfriendly irritated attitude makes a bad experience worse. I used to consider them friends but now I don't care to ever see or speak to them again. Too bad. Such a good family business is ruined by two girls miserable and mad have to ruin it by treating people this way. I wouldn't go there to save my life now. KK's is a real pawn shop and they treat people like people

Absolutely rude lady at the front will not help you at all. She will say your items aren’t worth anything and that she can’t do anything with them. I was trying to sell a Mac Book Pro, A Graphic Design Tablet and some rifles I didn’t need. Was told my items were junk and that she couldn’t do anything with them. Has never been a good place to visit, horrible experience with a horrible woman, how they’re still in business I don’t know.

Clearly not interested in attracting new customers. I called to ask if they were open and they just pick the phone up and then hang up immediately. What's the point in having a phone? The reviews are very telling on this place.

Me and my dad were treated horribly by the staff here. We were recovering some of our stolen property and we were treated like suspects . We were victimized again by their actions. They're very unprofessional and very rude. I would not recommend anyone give these people their business.

It's really too bad that they smoke in your face when you are trying to shop. Ask them to stop they get defensive. Report them for breaking the state law on smoking in a business establishment, and they will text and talk about you like you are too stupid to figure it out right there in front of you. Since they opened I've spent over $500 on games and movies. They clearly don't want or need the business. I'm done trying. The place smells like an ashtray. I'm all for freedom. Do whatever you like that doesn't infringe on my ability to breathe clean air. Especially if you want my business. If you don't like the laws vote them out. As long as it is illegal to smoke in a business, do it in private. Don't crap on the guy spending the money.

Literally lowballed right off the bat, offered me $60 for the Rifle I was pawning...was in a rough situation, needed baby formula,the girl that was behind the counter barley spoke to me,horrible customer service, took my Rifle down the road to Kevin's Kwik Kash, and they gave me more than Double, $125 to be Exact...don't give your business to this store,much less, their rude employees. If I could rate them 0 stars I would.

HORRIBLE PLACE!! The ladies there were LOUDLY insulting a lovely, sweet ELDERLY COUPLE that was interested in a TV but, didn't know much about them...I advised them to go somewhere else and walked out!!!!! I wish there was a negative zero rating!!!!

Been there a few times to pawn. Each time staff was pleasant and understanding of my situation. They even handled my very expensive laptop nicely. And all the people who complain about the low offers they have to be able to make money too. Not all of your used items are worth market value. HONEST AND HARDWORKING. Will deff come back again if I’m in need to pawn something again!

Today, I witnessed the most incredible display of total disregard for another human being I have EVER witnessed in a "business". A poor lady was trying to redeem a pawn for her son and the two female staff members at Cash4U were absolutely beyond rude to this poor lady. The 2 females displayed not only a lack of desire to help a customer, they went out of their way to be abusive...and I do not use that term loosely...they abused this poor lady. The worst part was, they did not seem to care, as evidenced by their actions. To the poor lady customer, I hope you rest assured that notice was taken of how you were treated.

Low ball, can't sell them anything and I've been trying to do business with them for four years. Bought two computer from there and both crashed. Knives I've bought have broke and the purchase stolen property and when you find out they have your property that was stolen they want you to pay to get your property back. Done trying to do business with them.
