Advance Financial S Mountain St, Smithville

Anyone use Advance financial and having them still try to take money out of your account even though your loan is paid for? I had to put a stop payment for them a year ago because someone gain access to my bank account information so was having double payments beimg taken out. Still to this day, im still having them try to take payments with the block up. I owe nothing to them and even made sure i didnt owe anything.

The girl that waits on me mindy? Very sweet professional and accuraye. Shes an asset to your co. Is usually working the store by herself. She keeps me coming back.i live in smithville..andrea

I recently visited Advance Financial in Smithville to pay my house mortgage through Western Union. Let’s just say I discovered they offer a FREE bill pay service and I was able to pay my house mortgage for free! I am so grateful that the employee was so helpful in helping me get my mortgage paid with the best option. I wish I could remember the employee’s name but I don’t. I just want to say thank you Advance Financial in Smithville y’all are great!

This is a nice, new, clean building. The staff are great. Especially Karen on nighttime shift.. She is very helpful and well versed and knowledgeable about this company.

Mindy was excellent! Very professional, very sweet, and very helpful. She answered all my questions, and she had me in and out within 25 minutes if not a little longer.

I was in a pinch and heard that Advance Financial does loans, I went in to see what I could get. Turns out i got more than I thought I would! The staff was very polite and knew their stuff. They set me up with an email and online banking which I plan on using in the future. All around great experience and I look forward to doing business with them again.

I was behind on a payment and needed cash fast, so I decided to try this place. I had never been to one of these places, ever, and honestly, I was embarrassed. When I walked in I was greeted by a nice young man and he made me feel welcomed and at ease. I was able to get the money I needed plus some, so I was so happy that I came here! I will be back.

I regret getting a loan with them. Takes forever to pay off and oh and if you dont have the money to pay them back that week they take it out of your account without your knowledge so im now stick trying to figure out how im gonna make it to work the rest of the week. I guess thats why their employees getting paid 15 an hour because they are basically stealing from people

Sherry and Steven are awesome. They help me through the steps on the phone so all I had to walk in and sign. They even provide me with directions to them.
