An employee there (Malasia I believe was her name?), provided me with exemplary service. I've stated my issue, and she made sure that it was taken care of right away. I will definitely be coming/calling back at this location from here on out! 👍

Update: I had to update my comments because I received a call from Dawn and I was not expecting her to call back so quickly. She reassured me she listened and she gave me the upmost respect I love the fact that she helped me and it wasn’t even her. I absolutely feel so relieved that they took me serious I have never received a call back directly from a corporate office in less than a hour. I spoke with Alejandra and she is the most disrespectful rep I spoke to she had to make sure that I knew she was the branch manager I could not speak to anyone else. She was so rude and disrespectful and she deserves to be demoted or better fired. I feel sorry for the employees that work there. She is personally taking down my reviews and I will post them everywhere Yelp here and anywhere else I have already contacted corporate and I will not stop until this store has a 2.0 rating. I will tell everyone I know not to got there and to come write 1 star reviews to make sure that she understands we are the ones who make her job possible.

I was a little weary of seeking out financial assistance during this tough time but Dylan made this process SO incredibly easy. He and the rest of the staff working this morning were very friendly and personable. Dylan went above and beyond to ensure me receiving the best assistance possible. Thanks again!

Came to the location on 43rd and Northern and Brenda has great customer service. At first I was nervous to come but Brenda made me feel at ease since she explained the contract in full detail. I recommend her if you come down to this location.

Great job by Cashumier & Benny!!! Called them yesterday got info needed and was approved. These are high interest loans we all know that but when the customer service excels like it does at this place than it’s worth it. They had some impatient customers but what do you expect! It’s Christmas Eve! They handled themselves professionally and worked efficiently. Would definitely recommend for a small loan to anyone. Customer service is key and they both have it. People just need to learn that patience is a virtue and beggars can’t be choosers. Best believe if I need something from you I will wait whatever time is needed to get what I need. They did that. I wanted to Cash 1 on Saturday and didn't have all my information. I came back on Sunday and the young ladies behind the counter where great especially Kashmir she help me out and it's entirely too much got me approved was very friendly personable and professional. Also Ashley and Teresa we're conversating with me as I waited for cashmere to finish my application they were very professional and personable as well.

My experience with Dylan was beyond outstanding!! I can’t put in words how much he helped me! He really went the extra mile. When he called me I was almost sure I wouldn’t get approved. He talked me into giving it a try and in no time got me what I needed. With a newborn bby who came 3 months earlier than expected Dylan definitely helped my family in a way I could never thank him enough for!!!
