I've been coming to this location for a few years now, and I have always had a GREAT experience! The customer service is phenomenal, my concerns are always handled in a professional manner. Brittany has always been polite, informative and she is a great asset to this location.

I want to give a shout out to this branch the customer service is so freaking awesome they are understanding they are polite they're kind they're nice all the above I called the office today on some certain circumstances and I spoke with the lady name by Mariscella I just want to say she was so kind to me and understood and actually helped me out when needed I have been a loyal customer for this Branch for more than 5 years they always been so good to me but I want to take the time and shut out Maricella the most today and in little did she know I had a bad day at work today and she just made it so much better thank you so much

I don’t typically write reviews, but I do read them a lot. Since I use them to help me make decisions, I decided to start writing them more for others to use. Just like everyone that goes here, I was in a huge bind. I was super embarrassed to have to use this service, but I had no choice. I went in the store and it wasn’t very busy. The young lady at the counter was very efficient in the process and it was fairly easy and fast. The payments were definitely affordable and I like how hands on the manager, Brittany, is. They call me on my payment days (as a courtesy) and I just have them run my card and I get a text receipt. I would advise anyone to visit this location because the people here are great and beyond helpful. Thank you very much Peoria Location. I truly appreciate you all.
