I have been doing business with Cash 1 for many years and I have never been more satisfied. The staff is always so helpful and understanding. I recently received an email and text to extend my loan but it seemed suspicious so I called to confirm when I wasn’t able to process my request online as normal. I had the pleasure to speak with Stevie and as usual it was a great experience. He assured me the offer was valid, fixed my account online, and because of his assurance and assistance I extended my loan. Stevie was great, patient and understanding with my lack of technical abilities and patiently walked me through how to navigate the system. Stevie is an example of the excellent and exceptional quality of customer service you can expect from this store and this company. I have dealt with many loan companies and most of them are not very helpful and usually rude and unprofessional. You will never experience anything but the highest standard of customer service with Cash 1 and would highly recommend them to anyone for a loan. Stevie and employees just like him are the reason this company has the NPS they do and I have no doubt is will only increase the more people hear about them and begin a relationship with them. Trust me and call CASH 1 for help before calling any other company you will not be disappointed.

Crystal & Ricky have the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever received. I needed a loan badly due to an apartment fire and Crystal is the representative that assisted me. The moment I walked in, I had tears, by the time I left, I was smiling and BOTH Crystal & Ricky made me laugh. It felt good to have people genuinely care about their customers. We even shared pictures of our fur babies. This experience was fast. By the time I walked in to start the loan process until the time I had finished was about 20 minutes tops! Where do I begin! Went in expecting to get turned down for whatever reason ( anxiety problems) was helped by a gal by the name of Danielle. She was amazing was very helpful throughout the entire process! Then things got worse! Not even a week after getting my loan my fridge crapped out. Had to go back to refinance the loan and was helped by a young man by the name of Theodore, very pleasant young man to work with and was also a terrific help! The next young lady I worked with was named Victoria! She was helping me on making the new payment and was a very friendly gal. All in all if I ever need a loan again this is the place I will go no other location! Strictly based on the personality of each of these stated individuals. Extremely upbeat never a down face in the place! Thank you guys so much for all the help, would probably still be using ice boxes for a fridge. Hope to send others your way!
