Cash 1 Delta Fair Blvd, Antioch

Had an entire real check. The front desk employee and manager both thought it was fake despite the pay stub and the fact it was a real check. They even called my manager to confirm it was a real check and still would not proceed to process because they still thought it was fake. Even though it passed every test etc. this incident happened about a year ago but I was reminded of it today. Huge case of banking while black here guys be careful!

THIS COMPANY WITHDREW MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT ILLEGALLY USING MY DEBIT CARD WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION! ! I HAD A SMALL PAY DAY LOAN AND THEY HAD MY CHECK AND NEVER EVEN TRIED DEPOSITING IT! I WENT I TO PAY CHECK OFF WITH CASH AND THEY SAID LOAN WAS ALREADY PAID OFF WITH DEBIT CARD! NOT OK! NO ONE ASKED! I NEVER SPOKE TO ANYOME REGARDING TAKING THE MONEY WITH MY CARD. I HAD THE CASH ON HAND! THIS IS NOT OK! I'VE BEEN A CUSTOMER HERE OVER 2 YEARS NEVER WILL I GO AGAIN! IF I COULD RATE 0 I WOULD. THEY ARE LUCKY THE ACCOUNT DIDN'T OVER DRAW! THIS WILL BE TAKEN TO HIGHER MANAGEMENT

Once again-because my stimulus checks are more than 14 days old- they are considered "old"? The first place that I went to "check into cash" (after 1 hour wait) had me sign them and went to their supervisor and she rejected them. 2nd place cash1 --same thing- this time it was a combination of 2 excuses--after 14 days--and I signed them at the first place. How the hell am I gonna get this $ that is mine?

This place has a manager that she can’t speak English good and always trying to run away from her job and just only 1 guy is black and he can speak good so it’s like wasting time To go there and solve your problem. Believe me never go there and don’t west the gold time you have

This is the worst Cash 1 ever!!!.... Customer service is awful...rude...and unprofessional!!!... I will not be going to this location...your wait time is way more than 15 mins. I've been going to this Cash 1 for almost a year...they are by no means polite!!!... I have also witness people leaving in frustration!.. This location needs improvments!!!!...I've asked my friends and family members and even complete strangers about their experiences with this store...and they feel the same way. They also won't be doing business at this store ever agian!!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡
