There was a point in the process where I would have lost the purchase because of an error caused by the Seller's RE Agent. However, Casey took the reins, filed all the paperwork with the VA, persistently followed-up with the VA (which usually takes 3-6 months for a response), & received an approval in time to fund my loan.
