Bank of America Financial Center Hewitt Ave, Everett

If I could give this location a 0 star I would . I was calling to see if I can cash a cashiers check made from them . I don’t have an account . They said no , I needed to have an account open with them . I called around and I was able to cash it at another location to problem. After I asked them why I couldn’t cash it and what was their reason , they just said they couldn’t and HUNG UP on me . I did not have an attitude I was just asking them for more information. Don’t open an account with these people with that attitude.

If there were 0 stars it would be it. Every time i decide to go to the bank which is not very often they are closed. Decided to go get cash at 1:00PM on a Tuesday and they are closed. They should just close down this location. Also when they are open their hours are horrible. wake up its 2021 not 1960. pretty much worthless.

It's a cool retro building. I commented to a member of staff that they work in an uncommonly cool bank. It has high ceilings and a 60s sci-fi feel. The staff were friendly and met my needs after phone customer service failed to do so. Can't complain.

I’ve always been treated with respect and efficiency. They will resolve whatever issue, if I had one, with a smile. All their staff is really nice.

Made an appointment days ahead but when I got there they still made me wait. It's a huge building with 3 people working in it. The people working there were rude and they never apologized for anything. Bank of America is a scummy company to begin with, but this location was the worst one I've ever visited.

Not the best bank for customer service and the extra charges that you get from this bank. I close my bank account immediately

Considering this was once a bustling branch full of customers with business today this is simply a mausoleum.Just entering the branch you see nothing but remnants of what was once a great place to do your banking. Today there's 2 tellers and most of the time only one.The insincere greeting makes me cringe. This place should just close its doors for good as it shows what a horrible company B of A has become. The worst in customer service.

Had came in here to deposit some checks / other cash. First there's one teller on Feb 1st when everyones getting paid and 15 people in line? I'm confused how this place is such a nice branch with the lack of service it has. I tried to deposit a cashiers check and was turned away? I feel like they may of been judging me for whatever reason maybe for such little account history with them, I mean I only use their banking to pay rent and bills. I contacted the bank that wrote the cashiers check and was assured it was fine that they have no idea what was wrong with the bank so I went down to the Bank of America on Evergreen and they took care of me got my check deposited and had 4 tellers working and no line, no clue what's going on there but I'd suggest the Evergreen one instead of this place. Sucks this place is two blocks away from my house, I won't be returning. Wasted my time this morning and had me late for work, unprofessional environment was looked down at for something I had no control over.

Hey you can pay them for not letting you have your money! And then pay them more for not automatically paying them! And if they do something wrong... oh well, they're not liable for obscure legal reasons! Oh joy! Seriously though, I recommend you never bank at bank of America. Ever. Just say no.

The teller is an awesome person felt with her for years now for the branch manager not helpful let’s you wait until his subordinate can deal with you and she is a piece of work wouldn’t stop running her mouth and do her job very sad
