I went in about three weeks ago . And because of a previous dealership that screwed me over it was looking like I couldn’t get my dream car . I was distraught . But Cascade Motors was amazing , they helped me out and went through great lengths to get me this car . They made me feel like family and were ultimately the best dealership I’ve been too . Thank you so much .

These guys are awesome! Bought a car from them that was heavily modified and was sold as is, I couldn’t pass emissions and I let Cascade know and they took the car back to get it to pass emissions which they did! They had no obligations to do so sense I bought as is. Sense they did such an amazing act of kindness they have my support and will be returning to them in the future to get my future cars, and will also recommend anyone to them!

We had a great experience at Cascasde motor that we came back and purchased a second car! I loved working with Jacov! He has such a super chill vibe and I not onces felt pressured into anything! He was very open and informative about his cars. Second time we came back we let them know what we needed and everyone went above and beyond to get us there!!! Wonderful customer service. After driving the car I made an appointment to look at, I wasn't sure it was what I was looking for. They didn't put any pressure on me to make a purchase. They'll be the first dealership I visit when I find out what car works best for my lifestyle and budget.

Had a great experience my first time purchasing a car here! We arrived to the car being washed for our viewing, which was nice. Ivka was super nice and handed me the keys to test drive right away. Afterwards I needed some time to consider(nervous buyer) and Ivka happily scheduled me an evening appointment, while I went to lunch and made a decision(no pressure to buy right away). Our experience at Cascade Motors was amazing. Not only were we looking for a new car but we were trying to trade in our current car. The owner showed us the price of similar models for sale elsewhere so that we could understand the price he was able to give us. He was honest about what he knew about the car we were buying and didn't try to pretend to know everything. He let us have plenty of time looking in and around the car by our self to check everything out without feeling pressured. We bought the car right before closing and he even filled up the tank while we were filling out the paperwork. It was so nice being sold a car by the owner and not just some random salesperson at a big dealership. I just bought my dream car with Cascade Motors. I enjoyed working with their entire team. From the first time I called, they didn't try to pressure me to come in or push too many follow ups. They were very flexible with their time in showing me the vehicle. They didn't push a 3rd party warranty and I ended up with one through my credit union after their sincere encouragement. I am so happy with the service I received, and I will come back when I'm ready to upgrade.

Such an amazing place and amazing people to work with! Buying my 350z was very easy and very nice! The no pressure buying, and being able to really look into the car before buying really helped! These guys were amazing! Took my son in to buy his first “nice” car. He found a BMW 328i that he really loved and he bought it. It was a used car and sold as is as is normally done. Everything was great until a couple days later, the car was making a noise. I knew they had no obligation to do anything for us but when I talked to them a few days later after trying to trouble shoot it myself, Jakov told me to bring it in. Not only did they repair it, they threw in some extras to really make sure we were happy. I really feel this level of customer service after the purchase in the car business is rare. Bought the 2012 GTI, Jakov who runs the dealership is the friendliest, the kindest guy, the best part about purchasing this vehicle was that he was really honest about everything. I love the car and I'm so glad I bought my car here. Highly recommended! (some pictures were taken elsewhere) After the purchase, I got my oil and coolant flushed just cuz thats what I do with all second hand vehicles, timing tensioner (2.0t vw problem) checked out, and put the car on the lift to see if it had any issues that I missed. ***Completely clean***

Purchased an STI through these guys and had a very smooth transaction from day one. Most of our communication was via phone and text due to distance. Jakov and Ivka were very polite and easy to work with. When I showed up to get the car everything went smooth. I was even more impressed with the service(s) I received after my purchase. Within a few weeks my car needed some work and they stepped up and had it completely taken care of. They take care of their customers and make sure everything is 100 percent! Thanks again!

After showing up on time for our appoinment salesperson was already busy. He left us waiting with no greeting or showing interest in selling the car.  After long waiting he approach us and open the hood for us, we try to look inside the car just to find out battery was dead. We ask for a test drive and he said another person will assist with it. Waited another 15 minutes, at this point our wait time was an hour and a half.     Even though we made the approach 3 days in advanced the car we were interested in was not prepared to leave for a test drive. Also, the the only few questions he asked were merely about the business part of it.  I was a salesperson myself I know thats a very important part of the process but it needs to be done after building rapport and have the conversation about the product. We ended up leaving without even looking inside the car due to poor customer service or just common courtesy. I honestly think he thougt we did not have money to buy the car. Overall, Bad service.

What a WONDERFUL dealership! I typically get stressed out when having to purchase a car, but these owners were THE BEST to work with! They helped me for hours and hours until I finally was able to get approved and purchase the car. They did all they could to make the best deal happen for myself and boy did they ever!! Financed my first car through Cascade Motors. I like that it’s a small family run business. Ivka was very helpful. She always responded quickly via email. She even found me a loan with a lower interest rate than the rate my credit union had offered me. She was not pushy like one would expect at a car dealership; she seemed to sincerely want me to leave with a vehicle I was happy with.
