Carter was absolutely a pleasure! She helped make our dream of moving from WA to Texas a reality. I never felt out of the loop and she even sends weekly updates with a video. We truly feel like we have made a friend during this whole time and would and have recommended her to our family and friends!.

I generally don't write reviews (granted, I do rate!) -- but my experience with Carter is nothing short of exceptional. Not only did Carter help me with my first home purchase, she also assisted with my refinance nearly two years later. What I appreciate most about Carter is her honesty and her ability to understand each individual's unique circumstances. While everyone's circumstances are certainly different, and Carter tirelessly works to align an individual's preferences with their home purchase. Further, Carter was always incredibly forthcoming and let me know what i should expect cost wise (especially as the deal evolved), timelines, and recommendations. I was never blindsided or unaware of what was coming next--and as we all know, this is the last thing one wants during the home purchasing (or refinancing) process. Lastly, during both my home purchase and refinance, I regularly worked beyond normal business hours; and yet, Carter continuously made the time to connect with me over the phone after traditional business hours--which again, made the process far less difficult. I cannot recommend Carter enough. In fact, I have referred her additional colleagues and friends, and I can attest to the fact that they hold her in the highest of professional regards. 5/5 without hesitation.

Being in the real estate industry, I understand there are many moving parts when trying to close on a home. To say that Carter Lovelace and her team went above and beyond to make sure this was a smooth process would be an understatement, great communication, quick responses and coordination with all parties involved allowed us to close faster than expected. Carter has a way of clearly explaining expectations at every stage of this journey, so there were never any surprises. From the second I first spoke with her I knew she had my best interest at heart. She put me in a program that made sense for ME. I knew I wasn't just a number, but I was her focus. She stepped up to the plate and knocked it clear out the park. Carter will go above and beyond to ensure a smooth home buying process. She was available even beyond regular business hours to answer questions and even worked closely with my relator.
