They give a courtesy call just before your loan is due, which I love because missing a payment would be awful and I get very busy at times and lose track of what day it is. I also love that I can pay it back over the phone with my debit card rather than driving out there. I also like that the process of renewing a loan is very quick. I usually only have to bring my ID and my checkbook to renew. The service is great and the ladies there are very personable.
