I drove all the way from Elizabethtown NC to get a title loan from another company that turned me down I was short on funds for an emergency an was so upset an was heading on my way home an spotted automoney loan ... The staff at the uptown location ( I was waited on by Stephanie and Donna) in Dillon are fast, friendly, and so professional. They do everything they can to make sure you are helped and that everything is explained before you leave. There was no long wait time and I was in and out within 15 minutes!

Mr bill was completely helpful and nice on the phone and was honest about his rates compared to others. When I arrived he greeted me with a smile and Teresa helped me. Laura on the other hand is completely unprofessional and I felt she got a kick out of yelling at me on the phone. Yes I got behind by 100 dollars but life happens and her rude and cold demeanor did nothing to help make me feel like my business was still valued. Safe to say once my car is paid for again I will NOT do business with them again

On January 10, 2020 I came to Auto Money amd spoke with Bill about a loan. My experience today has been a great one. Everything went smoothly and everyone had great attitudes and made me feel welcome from the time I walked in the door.

This team helped me out in a time of need, everyone was so nice and understanding. I got to speak directly with the manager and she did everything she could to get me what I needed. Stephanie and her associates are great and I would recommend them to anyone, especially with a 50 dollar referral check!

Ronnie at Dealer 2 is very personable and considerate. Other customers one leaving said he was a good guy and one came in while we were waiting and he was extremely busy with us but knew them and had a death, he showed great empathy. He was a very good agent. This was our first experience in a title loan. We totally appreciated the service Ronnie provided.

One of the greatest title loans I've ever been to, friendly service, a warm and welcoming atmosphere and employees who treat you like family. They're understanding and work with you to make sure that by the end of the visit your leaving happy.
