My vehicle stopped unexpectedly while pulling into my neighborhood with food for the family. I thought it was something minor only to find out it was the motor. In this I reached out to my Credit Union who in times pass had aided my family in securing our new home. I can say I wasn’t as nervous as before because of the relationship that we had built over the pass couple of years. Erin McCall… What can I say but thorough and precise. I found the vehicle… She made sure I was sure… Even gave insight concerning potential things that could have left me in a bad place. She asked me and asked them… The rest his history…She made this process easy. Did I tell you that I love my credit union… Well I’ll say it again… I LOVE MY CAROLINA FOOTHILLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION… We’re like family. We take care of each other whenever it counts. Nice people here! I got what I needed taken care of within a reasonable time. Only downside is they do need a lil help in the inside. Poor Mrs. Sharon be all over the place but she gets the job done. Kuddos to her!! But overall no bad experience as of yet.

Decided to make a change in banking and go with a Credit Union after researching several this Credit Union had some of the best reviews and they were spot on. Natasha helped me setup my accounts with ease and made sure I understood everything about the process. She also started the ball rolling for me to get a better interest rate on my car loan. In comes Regina she made sure I got the best interest rate she could get me on my car loan walked me through all the details even the small ones made sure I was updated through out the process and they are saving me a significant amount of money with a lower interest rate and lowered my monthly car payment. Great customer service easy setup happy with my decision to bank with this Credit Union.
