After covid hit my husband and I got hit hard financially. We came to carhop not thinking we could get anything and felt hopeless! They made it very easy thank you Vicky for helping us!

I bought a car on Dec 31st. The same day when i got home my check engine light was already on, 5 days later on Jan 4th my car over heated leaving me on the side of the highway 30 miles away from tri cities. There were no issues disclosed with the car and it’s been in the shop a total of 20+ days while Ive driven it about 10 days. I would honestly not recommend purchasing a car from here:)

I give you 3 stars because you're trying to make the situation right But you did not sell me a reliable car By not selling me reliable car it hurt me financially. My suggestion is Make the cars that you're selling more reliable before selling them especially at the high price that you sell them for.

He did everything he can to make me feel comfortable about buying a used car. I recommend Carhop to everyone. They were able to get us into an SUV quickly but we have had nothing but problems with the car since we got it. It doesn’t lock, the whole vehicle leaks anytime it rains threw all the doors and sunroof. I’m aware these are the chances you take buying a used vehicle but sheesh 🙄

Great service, needed a car. Tried a few out, left with one that day. As for how much it's gunu cost, not a fan XD but it will help alot in building credit, so with that I do fully appreciate everything Jeremy! I retract my comment about price, looking around it's fairly priced, there is work that needs to be done on it, but it's all fairly cheap! But every used car is going to need some work . Purchased a vehicle from them last month. Car has been struggling to start and maintenance light is on. I got it checked and the battery is as close to dead as it can get. I called finance and it's not covered under warranty. Was advised to call the local Kennewick shop to see if they will amke an exception. They refused because it's "normal wear and tear" even though it's the last owners wear and tear. I wasn't even advised of the battery needing replacing when I purchased it. Money is tight because my job is dangerous and I keep getting covid so I'm not bringing in much. But here I go to pay for a battery someone else wore out.

These guys were great! Totally helped us finance our new van and we're super polite and very fast getting us taken care of. Jeremy was great, friendly and super helpful. All in all they've definitely earned our business for years to come.
