Tammy was very great! My current car was starting to loose compression and would need a rebuild soon and I didn't want to put anymore money into it. I knew it was about to break down soon, so I came to Carhop to look around and left with a car that I'm happy with so far. Process was fast and easy. Recommended if anyone out there has challenged credit but needs a reliable car to get around.

Customer service is not their strong suit! They said I had 7 days to keep or return the car bought it on Friday I knew Saturday I wasn’t keeping it! When it left me stuck at king soopers cause the ignition wouldn’t work! So I take the car back ask to get the other one they had offered me just 2 days ago, he calls down asks if they still had it she said yes, I could hear her yelling through the phone now tell her if we do this we are not going to keep trading out these cars just cause finds something wrong with them! So the 7 day deal I guess is only if they agree with you! If not your stuck with it! Well I took advantage of the money back guarantee!! I will take my business else where beotch!! Customer isn’t right here they are!

I took my daughter here to get a car. The service was exceptional from Tammy and G. My daughter was anxious and these ladies really helped her through the process! As a mother it is most appreciated when someone actually treats your child with decency and respect. By far the best experience and great for my first purchase!! I had took a friend with a sales background to help with my purchase and they answered every question and helped with plenty of options! Way more friendly and informative than any dealership i had been to that week.

Just to get your attention, bought a car 2 months ago check engine light came on but they refused to fix it and I hadn’t even registered the car yet… then offered to take the car back at a complete loss to me…. So you’ll sell me a faulty car then when it’s breaking down try and take it back without any refund?… just know they will blame you for signing A bad deal with them.

Tammy was great to work with! I had never bought a vehicle on my own before (usually my husband goes with me), and she answered all of my questions and most importantly she didn't treat me as though I was incapable of buying a vehicle. Other dealers had talked down to me, and even offered more information and better offers to my husband instead of speaking directly to me (and I was the one there buying). I highly recommend them to anyone. Best part is they help build your credit!
