Closing the store at 401 S College Ave ? Well it not like it was convenient anyway. Time to move all my accounts over to First National Bank Customer since 94' Dave

There is no way to call and schedule an appointment with a banker. So you go in to meet with a banker. Then there are no bankers available but you can schedule an appointment with a banker now that you’ve driven all the way over. You can schedule an appointment with a banker for 1-2 weeks out regardless of the detriment your emergency poses for you. Good luck issuing stop payments or reporting fraud with no one answering phones or working on site.

My life insurance overdrafted my account by $30. Wells Fargo proceeded to charge me $200 in overdraft fees for it. DURING A PANDEMIC. Fun fact about Wells Fargo, they make more money from overdraft fees than they do from anything else. That means some of the wealthiest people in this country made the majority of their money by taking it from people who literally don’t have a dollar to their name. It’s unethical enough as it is to steal money from people who don’t have any, but doing it during a pandemic AFTER receiving billions in aid from the federal government, is just purely sadistic. On top of the countless other scandals Wells Fargo has been involved in, this is just a horrible look for the company. It is a disservice to your country and your community to bank with Wells Fargo.

    Response from the owner

Hello, Kyle. I am very sorry to see your review and want to make sure the appropriate team addresses your concerns. Please mention your review and Google username in an email to [email protected] (no account numbers). I look forward to discussing this further. -Shannon, Wells Fargo HL Social

We are in the middle of a pandemic, funds have been hard because jobs have been hard. Because I’ve over drafted in the last 6 months, they refuse to immediately deposit my checks, not only personal checks, but checks from my job. They keep telling me they will be putting a 7 day hold on it when I’ve deposited checks from this company multiple times in the past because it’s my job. Depositing money into your account couldn’t possibly help someone who has had to over draft, huh?

    Response from the owner

Thanks so much for your feedback, Anais. I truly apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. Please email me at [email protected] with your, full name, phone number, mailing address, Google username, and also mention your review on a Wells Fargo location (no account numbers). I look forward to addressing this matter. -AJ, Wells Fargo HL Social

This branch has always exceeded my expectations. I moved to Northern Colorado not long ago and I spoke with Personal Banker Sean Bull for help in getting situated and several other details and he was thorough and professional. Fast forward 7 months and I needed help again and looked for Sean. He remembered every detail of my business with the bank from seven months ago after not talking to me since. Excellent personal service! The tellers are always pleasant and helpful. I'm grateful that this is my bank.

Can't even call the local branch. Seriously. Wells Fargo engaged in fraud on a corporate level, and locally they are the worst. I went into the Mulberry branch and I saw about 75% of the employees doing nothing, and of course they wouldn't cash my money order. I went to Academy Bank at Walmart, and was treated like a valued customer. Do not go to Wells Fargo. I couldn't even call them to see if they would cash my money order. NO LOCAL NUMBER LISTED. Go to a local state bank!

I've been banking with Wells Fargo for years, but lately I have been very displeased with the service. We live in Colorado, there will be weather, it is a given. But when the schools are open and public transportation is in full force not to mention every other bank is open for normal business hours and yet Wells Fargo takes a snow day, there's a problem. I'm seriously considering moving my business elsewhere. Sorry but whoever made this decision needs to be replaced. How can a bank be trusted with my money when they can't even make it to work on time.

I have been calling this branch for a week attempting to make an appointment with a banker. Every time I get sent to voicemail, and I still haven’t been able to set an appointment. I literally just opened a business account with this branch, and this is how I’m treated? I’m seriously considering closing all my accounts with Wells Fargo and finding a bank that actually cares about its customers.

Wow, i was about to go open an account at this branch and read all the terrible reviews. The reviews that Wells Fargo aren't too concerned about correcting. I appreciate so many people speaking up.

The S. College branch in Fort Collins sent all of my daughter’s NEW bank account information to her previous address. The result was she had almost $500 stolen. Then they failed to provide and still refuse to include and entire month on her statement! She keeps getting put on hold. Here’s the kicker! For no discernible reason, they told her they were cancelling her card and sending another in the mail! The local branch gave her an appointment AT THE END OF AUGUST because they are still closed! Seriously considering getting a good lawyer.

    Response from the owner

I'm very sorry to learn about this experience, Tabitha. I want to make sure you and your daughters concerns are addressed. Please have her email me at [email protected] with her full name, phone number, and address (no account numbers). This Bank has decent younger employees that have wonderful customer service the only reason I give this horrible place two stars. The OLDER employees need to get off their high horse. They have zero customer service, judgmental attitude, and have no need to help you what so ever. Loose your attitude you work at a bank in a COLLEGE TOWN not everyone is going to walk in the bank in slacks and a button up. I needed help with some situations involving Wells Fargo and was disrespected.

Worst customer service ever. Christie Reynolds was very rude. Met her at the Boulder County Fair and she said she would see why I wasn't able to get an account. She just called and said it's because I owe $160 to Wells Fargo because I had two accounts that were negative for 60 days and they closed them. I was never informed about and never got anything in the mail. Christie said she shows record of them sending a statement in the mail. However I never received them. If a bank really wanted their money they would have called me said I owe money just like when they closed my Credit Card and wanted the money I owed. She then tells me I'm yelling and being rude. I said I would like to have a statement showing that I owe them and she said that wasn't going to happen. I said okay well then I'm not going to pay until I have a written form of what I owe for my records. She said that I don't know how credit works and that I should take a financial class because I didn't know anything. Then she starts going off saying how I'm going to ruin my children's credit for not paying Wells Fargo and that they won't be able to get student loans. Well thank you Christie for telling me that I'm a horrible mom. I think you need some training on how to treat your customers. Every other bank account and credit card and loans I have always call me or notify me by email that I have gone over or I'm negative. If you really want your money it's not hard to send a statement in the mail.

I needed to make a large wire transfer, and I was very nervous, as it was my first time transferring something of that size — Megan Johnstone at this Wells Fargo branch was outstanding, and helped me from start to finish, making the entire transaction from the time I called in with questions about how I should proceed to after the transfer was completed so smooth. Thank you for your excellent customer service and assistance Megan!

Absolutely huge Wells Fargo, I went through the line quickly enough and my teller was nice. Plenty of parking for being right off College. Can't speak to their private or business lenders but my experience was positive.
