Car was more than double the kbb on it, but the fact that Charles did everything in his power to help my family get into a car in our time of need made it all worth it. He was very friendly and I will be recommending him personally for others in the future! Great guy. Very friendly and easy to work with. I was very stressed and he still had me laughing during the experience. Had to come back almost immediately after driving off the lot, but Charles helped put us at ease that the issue would be addressed pain free. Thank you for the great experience!

A fairly easy experience with a very personable rep who was friendly and accommodating. Took some while, but well worth it in the end. Payments are acceptable considering the overall price, and I'm more than happy to recommend her as a rep to whoever may be looking for a vehicle.

Very nice people honestly. They actually help with bad credit unlike the dealer down the road that says they do. Always kept in touch, never bugged me or pressured me into buying anything which I respect. Will buy here again for sure.

Taina did a wonderful job helping me get into a vehicle when no other place would help, I feel so thankful for her as well as car hop in general for helping me when all else failed! Come here instead of wasting your time at 199 ride because they suck and tell you whatever you want to hear over the phone only to not actually do anything they said while car hop on the other hand was awesome! Alea has helped my wife and I by reviewing calls placed by out of state managers being shady. Helping my wife out of her contract while reporting the misdoings of another location manager. I could hear the smile in her voice and she listened and took care of all my concerns.

My sister recommended after she went and got a car so we took my daughter and she was approved on a Saturday Kendra and Taina were awesome they were very personable and explained everything … it was nice to go somewhere where they make you feel comfortable

Carhop has been amazing with me! After getting my awesome car some issues occurred and they had it towed to the shop for me and covered EVERYTHING. I've had to be late on a payment by a few days and they worked with me on it. They truly are a blessing for people who don't have nearly good credit without being a big rip off! I really enjoyed my experience with them and will be returning for my next vehicle.

Was an overall good experience. Wasn't like pulling teeth. Everything went smoothly and did not take long. Taina Hosking was great and very easy to deal with. Made it a very pleasant experience. Drove off the lot with my car after a couple hours of dealing with the trade in and getting a check made for down payment.

I have a vehicle with them already wanted to upgrade with them was told to come in and the sales person wasn’t there someone else was trying to help me but they couldn’t so they said they would call me Friday and never did needless to say they lost a sale I went somewhere else.

I can NOT say anything more positive about this team! I was very hesitate to go through with this due to having horrible experiences previously. Tania Kendra and Shane are da BOMB! Take this place off of your places to visit. The sales and service are horrible. The salesperson is a con artist and should be ashamed of himself. This is our 2nd week in this car and it has been nothing but trouble. Beware going here.
