DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! It has taken over a year to get my account with them cancelled. They have taken over $500 from my bank account despite repeatedly faxing and mailing all the documents and cancellation forms they requested and despite repeatedly calling them. You get a different person each time you call, put on hold and passed around. Same story each time. Fax paperwork and cancellation request and we'll cancel immediately. They threatened to sue if I changed my bank account to stop them taking money from it. How's that for customer service?
