Kimberly at Cardinal Financial was the BEST! She made the whole process stress free during that very stressful time. She was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend her services when you get ready to purchase your next home!

All I have to say is 🤩. My file was a difficult one and Kimberly worked through all the ups and down with lots of patience. Her “I’m pro people” attitude was what got me in my dream home. I appreciate her and her team for everything they did and would recommend them.

If zero stars was an option that is what this lender would get. I have never met a more unprofessional “professional”. Documents that were required to close were quite literally being requested an hour before closing rather than weeks or even days before closing. I signed amendment after amendment to extend my closing date time and time again because paperwork was not being kept up with. Myself, my realtor, the seller, the sellers agent, and the title company were all sitting ducks because all of our required actions were completed and we were ALL waiting on this lender to get her part of the job done. It’s quite easy to put the blame on the underwriter instead of taking responsibility for your own actions, or lack there of. My 2 children and I are essentially homeless waiting on this lender. Never once did I receive an apology, and if I did it was, again, putting the blame on the underwriter. If you want a home buying experience that is pleasant where you feel like the lender is doing everything in her power to help you and your family get into a home, this is NOT the lender for you.

Kimberly & Erica, were a huge help in the process of the purchasing of my family home. They were always in contact with us in what the next steps were, and what was going to happen next. Kim and Erica always told us what we needed to complete the process. Kim was always in contact with me and my realtor on where we were in the process. I would recommend Kim and Erica on you home buying needs. I give them 5 Stars. Great team work.

Buying our first house was absolutely terrifying and we thought we weren't going to be able to do it, but Kimberly made it 1000x easier. I would text her just about every day with weird questions or concerns and she always helped me through it. She truly has a heart of gold and is insanely good at her good.
