When my old truck stopped being reliable this was the first and last place I came to for a new car. Easiest time I've ever had buying a vehicle, I'm already recommending Car One to family and friends, and I wanna get on here and do the same. A definite place to stop by and see what they have.

People very ignorant in sales. Trying to sell Junk without letting you look at it.. During business hours told me that he could not help me he was leaving that I should have came earlier 🤦‍♂️

Friendly customer service. Greg and Reggie made trading my BMW in simple and straightforward there. While I was in, another customer who had purchased a vehicle previously came in just to chat with the guys there and rave about how much she loved her car. I thought that was sweet & a sign of an authentic relationship built with a customer. Would definitely work with them again!

I bought my car in beginning of August , the transmission went up 2 weeks after , warranty only covered $1500 I had to pay the rest. transmission is $4000 btw. I just finish paying for my car yesterday gets it a tag expired in September. they won’t give me my tags because they say I have to give them another $700.... they couldn’t give me my money back so they through me In anything !!!!!! Do it at your own risk

I’ve been determined to get to this place for the last two years . I have always come in contact with Derrick . This week I was stressed about getting a new reliable and affordable car . Derrick did everything he could to help me leave with a car on the same day within my budget ! Although my car was not ready , I received a loaner car for transportation until mines was ready !! Derrick has excellent service he has been very PATIENT with me he’s been the best out of all dealerships I HAVE BEEN TO IN THE PAST !! Very professional and always had my best interest as the top priority. Anything that I needed, the dealer took care of it promptly and efficiently. I definitely would recommend Car1 to anyone in need of a great car.

My fiance and I stopped by here I asked questions relating to if she would be approved, gave a little info was told "yes I can get her approved" by I believe he said his name is Eric but when you call you get a automated answering service and says Derrick. So he says he got her approved at 23 point something percent $275.00 a month on a 7,500 dollar vehicle and he says he going to try and get it lowered and said he only needs certain documents she gets them and presents them. Then the lenders call her and ask question that have nothing to do with getting approved for a loan. Derrick was suppose to get back to her she didn't receive a call she called him, he said that he was with a client and he would get back to her sadly she didn't receive a call. Eric aka Derrick ran her credit without consent and she received a hard hit on grefit report whichh reduced her credit by 38 points when he was only suppose to get her prequalified which isn't against your credit. High mileage late model vehicles at rediculous prices. The personnel lie have you sitting around wasting time will deal with only high percentage lenders. It was an overall horrible most terrible experience. Next stop is BBB. Possible legal action.

Bought a car at the end of last year didn’t start driving the car until summer only because I don’t like driving in the winter. So since I started driving I’ve noticed a lot of problems one my transmission it would randomly not go after stopping at a light or stop sign, insurance paid for replacement and now out of pocket I have to pay for 2 motor mounts $604 cause they are in very bad conditions and on top I didnt have air conditioner nor heat cause that was broken as well. The air conditioner/heater is my fault I should of tested at this dealership before buying the ca, but the transmission and bad motor mounts that damage was ready there before purchasing the car. I don’t understand how a dealership doesn’t properly go thru a car before putting up for sale making.

Car one is a horrible dealership. They sold me and my husband a Chevy traverse. The car engine blew up after 28 days after buying it. The warranty company replaced the engine and it blew up again. It’s been in the shop for months. They won’t return my calls very unprofessional. They did nothing to accommodate us. Not to mention the showed us the car before it was inspected. They will not take there own car back. This a damn shame me and my kids have to walk and catch the bus while we make car payments on a car that doesn’t work.

If I could give less than one star I would. Well Maybe one star. My credit was bad and they were able to put me in a vehicle. They also got me financing through the most shady, selfish lender I have ever heard of. The interest rate is 24% percent. The Dealer also asks for 1000 down and you drive. Once you pay for that they ask for a down payment? Makes no sense. Also my loan amount was for 14k all said and done with interest. But on paper it totaled and estimated 27k. Most of which the dealer received somehow. My trade in amount was different on multiple sheets of paper and they asked me to lie to the lender when they called to confirm the sale. I did thinking they were helping me. They were making money hand over fist. Also they have a mechanic who signed off on work orders even if the work was never done. Not surprising in Baltimore. I know this because the dealer stated that he fixed a wheel bearing and after I got the car I took it to the manufacturer and it still had the factory parts in place. Rust and all. Car 1 told me I didn't know what I was talking about. VERY VERY SHADY. They want your money and don't care after. If you can't get GAP insurance with your vehicle without paying 600$ cash after purchasing your vehicle I advise you stay away. Never again.

Car one was great they helped me find a car I love With the lowest payments and worked with me for my down payment. I love My Chevy Cruze and they were more than willing to help fix the check engine light, now it drives better than ever they were 5 stars in that aspect they’re a little understaffed which sucks but the service is great and I’d go get a car from them again 🙂

My son and I purchased a car from car one today. We were very impressed with Derrick Johnson and his sales manager Terrance. Derrick was very knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot. He gave us options so as to meet out needs perfectly. We visited Aero-motors and the other lots in Essex, as well as other car lots in Baltimore county. The customer service at Car 1 was AMAZING!!! I was helping my sister find a new car (her car died :/) and went in after doing research on their website! Greg and Reggie were very helpful and made my sisters experience so easy. The process was very efficient and my sister left happy in her new Hyundai Sonata! Thank you for taking care of my sister!!!

This place is terrible with communication. They are very deceitful. They tell you what you wanna hear. I was gave the run around for 2 weeks. The salesman I dealt with wasn't telling me the same thing the manager was saying. When I went to try to get my deposit back the told me I needed to wait til Monday. When I told them I wanted to get a car they told me none of the cars on the lot were inspected. Over all I'm through with this place and the games. Here it is Monday and Dont go here to get a car. All they do is play games. Took me calling the police to get my deposit back. They played games for two months of me trying to get a car. They have no communication skills. The salesman that was helping me I was told wasn't even a sales man. What I was being told was different from what the manager was saying. I'll never go here and my family wont get a car from here. They told me none of the cars on the lot were inspected.
