If I could give less than a one I would they are a poor excuse for a financial company. They are the most unprofessional liars I have ever saw. Would not recommend them to anyone. We have a car that the company went out of business now they want like triple what the car is even worth and they say it’s not worth us picking up and selling it’s not worth that but they want triple what’s it worth for us to pay and call that a deal. Been telling us for like 5 months they will get this car and still call every other day. They just keep saying they will get it but it’s not worth their time or money to come get this car.

I have been paying on my car since January of this year, I always send the payment on time or early. But twice now u guys wait and wait to take the money off my card and now after 6 days of waiting, I still have the money on my card and nothing. The only way to have a payment go through on the same day is showing up face to face. This is the sorriest place I've ever had to deal with! So when the payment don't go through and y'all wanna answer a phone I guess I'll go through the same process and wait another week or 2 for money to be taken off my card. Why can't u guys get off ur butt and take the payment when it's been generated?? I have my receipt in my email, but yet u haven't took ur money. I Kno it's not my bank cause I make online payments all the time and it goes through automatically. So I wipe my butt with that excuse!

This is the rudest company and worst service you could ask for.

If I could rate them a 0, I would we had got behind because of covid and they said it's ok we will stop payments till the mandate was over , so then once I was cleared to go back to work my transmission went out and I told them and they said if u get it fixed then send us the proof on how much you paid and we did. Then Sunday on October 25, 2020 they came picked it up saying it was volunteer request and I didn't call them. I am so disgusted they need to get there employees to start telling the truth. Georgia she is one of the nicest people but that is about it but the others are pure trash.

They waited til the car was almost paid, and got a little behind and called them to let them know I was sending a payment soon, they said ok that was fine, and then sent a repo company and picked up the car. They got their money and the car. They're corrupt. Do NOT buy any vehicles from this company!

I have got 2 cars from them and they have always been nice to me. Never gave me any trouble.
