This place is great! I have gotten 2 cars from here. Clint does a great job! (Don't forget to ask about the stuffed lion) Finance wise, they ate what I had left to pay off one my first vehicle and took it as a trade in. They gave me a great price on a sweet Buick! Best place to get a "new to you" vehicle. They all work hard to make sure you get a great deal and are treated well!

Recently purchased a Equinox from here. I worked with Bobby. He’s a great salesman, I have severe anxiety and he walked me through the process comfortably, making adjustments to meet my needs as we went. Although the vehicle needed a good detailing ($150) after purchase, and came with no gas (just above E). At the moment it does run well, and I am happy with my selection. If there are promotions running (I.e free gas cards), be sure to mention them at the time of Test Drive and purchase (not when filling out the application) or you will NOT get it. And won’t receive a response about promotion even if you’re prompt to respond to their email request for information. But…the good out weights the bad. I DO recommend this dealership, Car & Credit and salesman, Bobby! Just be mindful of the things I mentioned and you’ll have an awesome experience.

Working with Clinton Weisenbach today at Car & Credit made buying a car today extremely stress free. No muss, no fuss. A great place to buy a used car. We just purchased a 2013 Ford Escape with an interior that looks almost new. I would highly recommend these folks if you’re looking for a great deal on a quality used car.

If you have a lower income instead of giving you more time to pay it off since it's in house financing instead of wanting 1/2 the car as down-payment they'd be great. Cars are really over pr I ced right now too.

I will never buy another car from anyone but the guys here at Car & Credit. To start with the customer service is incredible. Clinton our salesman gave us his undivided attention even though they were extremely busy. The truck we bought has been great. I would drive this truck anywhere and not worry about it breaking down. Even the girls in the office are super friendly and very helpful.

Man, so how do I start this? The place is amazing I had the chance to do business with Clint the manager of the store and it was so awesome. Very friendly staff! My trade in was rusted, the front was smashed in and I wouldn’t trust it for a 2 minutes drive up the road and they took it as trade in and got me in a 2013 car. They even lowered the price for me and with bad credit I only paid $500 down!!! I absolutely love this place and will continue to come back! I would definitely recommend this place to anybody trying to build credit or just needing a new car. Month payment is in a decent price range and I didn’t have to break the bank to get a reliable car! They work with just abt anybody and you can drive away the same day!

My husband and I purchased a vehicle from here and had nothing but issues from the beginning, we had taken it to their garage for an issue of the vehicle stalling out they claimed they fixed it. We had a late payment right after my husband got laid of due to Covid and they took a payment from our account without permission which overdrew the account, when I called to ask them who gave them permission I was told “nobody we took the payment because you wouldn’t answer your phone” except my phone never wrong I didn’t have any missed calls, no missed texts, and no new voicemails. My husband had talked to them the day before to tell them out payment would be late due to him being laid off they then told us we had to provide proof to them that we had paid all our other bills and that’s why we couldn’t pay them and that it was in our paperwork which I never was able to find that tid bit and I didn’t feel that was something I had to do as I NEVER had to do that with ANY OTHER COMPANY EVER. A few weeks later we took a trip to Texas to visit a friend and got stranded out there when the truck suddenly stopped working. We called them to explain what had happened and that we couldn’t make the payments any longer due to being stranded with no additional income and that we would like to surrender the truck. The vehicle has been parked in my friends drive way since October of 2020 they have been supposed to pick it up but claim it wasn’t there which it is because it’s still sitting in the drive way it’s not running so it hasn’t gone anywhere and they still have not picked it up but have since wrote it off as bad debit. Don’t know what to do now as I don’t have the title they won’t pick it up and now my friend is being cited by the city she lives in… all because they won’t come get the vehicle. It has been a nightmare since the beginning and I don’t recommend anyone use this company unless they like buying useless vehicles. Would give zero stars if I could. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I had such a great experience here!! For my first time financing, I was really nervous about possibly feeling pressured into something I didn’t want; but Brian made sure to get me into exactly what I went in for, and he made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. We're trying to build my husband's credit, Clinton was amazing with my husband and I on getting a car. I was amazed with how fast we got everything done and I was in my new car within a couple hours. Everyone was extremely nice and made is feel like family. I highly recommend them.

this is the 3rd car I have purchased here. has been nothing but a nightmare to own. Had to have it repaired the same week I brought it home for head gasket and leaking coolant. They fixed it but less than 2 months later same problem. no help from them or the garage(Welton's) that did the repairs. Haven't been able to drive it for over a month. Have replaced heat resistor and starter. Now they are automatically taking their payment out of my bank account without my permission or harassing me by phone before I've even had a chance to call and make my payments. This will be the last time I do business with them. would give them zero stars if I could.

Contacting the Better Business Bureau. Ran my card so much to the point they took my food money. I’ve asked over and over again to stop running my card for different amounts. I have all the receipts. Now I can’t get a refund and don’t know what dinner is going to look like now.😡 They took more than what was owed!!!!

I’ve only dealt with Clint. He’s cool and easy to work with. I’m in my second vehicle with him… that being said. The “finance manager “… oh man! I’ll keep it PG… she’s the rudest, most unprofessional person I’ve ever come across at a business. I almost posted screen shots of our conversations via text. I’m going on 4 years as a customer and had to delay 1 week of payment till the next week after Christmas. She was rude and threatening. (Well, she’s always been rude but this was over the top)… always trying to charge my bank random amounts of money without my permission. Even when I tell her it wont be paid till Friday. She tries 5 times before that anyway. I know I can’t be the only one to complain about her. She needs a new job. She’s not a people person (not the older lady). So unprofessional I was in wowed. Please don’t post something apologizing… I know I can’t be the only one to complain about her. Do something! You don’t want that attitude and environment at your business.

I’ve heard about this place through friends, co workers & on the radio. It’s always say on my mind but I tell myself “naaaah, I’ll never qualify.” Low & behold I decided to step out of my comfort zone and head on down there. I drove 1.5 hours just to visit this place. Brian was the worker who assisted me. He was so welcoming. I got to test drive any of the vehicles that I was considering. I was looking at 3 different choices. He never pushed me towards one or the other, never rushed me to make my decision, and told me I could back out at any time. He was very friendly! He reassured me on everything that I was worried about. 10/10 would recommend. Once my car is paid off, I’ll definitely come back for another car, and another car after that. I love my car!!!!! I got a 2008 Ford Escape with almost 118k miles. It runs soooo smooth. And they don’t even require you to have full coverage which is a plus! They make sure you get approved for a vehicle. I'm very satisfied with the service at car and credit the staff was nice and respectful and they will work with you if you have any problems or issues that come about.
