The entire process was 3 weeks from Purchase Offer to Close. Very easy and painless. I was more nervous than was warranted since this was my first purchase of a home. Academy mortgage helped us SO much in the home buying process as now first time homeowners. There was NO communication, No guidance, and so many broken promises. I will never recommend Justin Holyszko. I had to contact the manager of the place to fix the mess Justin created. They first told me I only needed 5,000 for a down payment. I was having my aunt gift me to help with costs. After they seen my aunt had a lot of money in the bank they raised my closing costs to 7,000! What a shame!

The entire process was quick and the lender was very knowledgeable. The quick response and politeness for handling questions is important and this company did every well with all aspects.

Academy Mortgage is our go to lender. Never any smoke and mirrors. If they say the buyer is qualified you can take that to the ban, so to speak.

Academy Mortgage! I really can't say enough about these guys. We had a loss in the family that left my son and I without a home. I've never qualified for a home loan before but had been working really hard to get my credit score up there. I reached out and gave them all this information, hoping by chance they could do something for me. When I received the email I was approved for my first home loan, it was such a God send. They used their resources and was able to get us into our first home, and it was everything we ever wanted. The months of paperwork and getting the required inspections, insurance etc had me so anxious but they walked me thru everything! Their phone app is awesome. You are able to run numbers on your own as you look at houses and then see your loan progress once you find a house. I am truly grateful for this team of people who helped us with such compassion when we so desperately needed it ❤
