I had got a car from this place and they are horrible with customer service they are rude the financial department and unprofessional and does not follow laws as well as they sold me a car with serious problems. If I could give a zero stars I would I would not recommend this place to anyone they get smart with you for no reason and they should be shut down.

False advertising bait and switch. Pretty sure they kept changing the price of the car to price us out so we couldn't buy it. Price of the car changed 3 different times prejudice and predatory lending practices. Oh and they want to run your credit before they even let you test drive a car.

All of the hispanic women in the office are not good employees. Lying, scamming, deceitful people. It has been horrible doing business with you guys. Also, stop having people give you guys Google reviews while they’re still in the office before they can actually leave a true review after they have been dealing with your business for several months. I’m leaving your company very soon!

I went to car credit to buy a car and after a long time waiting for without eating lunch and the point where i had to leave at last the manager served me and i felt more frustrated then ever because that man doesn’t know anything about selling a car and he was all nervous wreck, and would scratch his head, he get up from his desk and would walk away, i felt like i was buying a car with someone that has no experience!! DONT GO THERE

Hello, good day, I went to buy a car here and I was attended by a woman who I do not know the name, never showed up, did not speak a word with me, I did not feel comfortable, she gave me the application and left me alone to fill it out with many questions so that she did not answer me. for nothing I ran my credit all and she never addressed me at any time. I am a good person, I understand you have to work and it is the family's food but I think it is wrong a person selling cars does not look you in the eye or say good morning, it is a lack of professionalism and a shame this company takes time and they help buy cars without credit I left and the fact of not giving seriousness to customers I did not buy should improve customer service and train the girl and if she does not speak the language should not be

Never visit this dealer in your life. I went there with $2000 and a woman there when I asked her about if they check my credit her answer was that NO. She completed my application but never talked me nothing and when I checked my credit my credit was running. Then the supervisor tried to explained me. That girls made me feel so back and feel under bad costumer services The supervisor said that doesn't matters if I have good or bad credit, but that girl doesn't said nothing about it she didn’t understand me or she doesn't know it the procedure in her work.

Me and my husband went there he bought a Mercedes car didn’t even last us a month the first night we used it and couldn’t run more than 60mph ..RPM Didn’t even work wel.Don’t buy anything from any car credit ... They lie about everything they will make you sign a “ARBITRATION AGREEMENT “ So In Case Car Don’t Work And You Want to get your money back and sew them you can’t ..You have to give more money then u should!! No warranty so if the car is bad condition there’s nothing you can do they tell you you can get another car but have to put more down payment.. Every time you call them they ignore your call we tried to call 10x they never answer until we went up there...This place should be close down.

A Terrible place to be at I went there to see a car and it taken for ever for a sales agent to come out, a matter of fact I went into the building to get the sales agent out and my God the lack of charisma of this guy selling a car! He doesn't tell me any feature about the car doesn't ask if you want to test drive the car. The sales agent have no enthusiasm to sell a car at all if I was car credit I would get more people enthusiastic people.

The people who work there seem nice enough... but this is not a nice company. We picked two cars to check out that seemed reasonably priced online. When we got there we found out that there is a "disclaimer" on the online price and the price is always 3000 more than that... no matter what. We ended up going elsewhere and paying about 3000 LESS for a better car with less milage. Very poor advertising

SCAM ALERT: Went to look at a truck listed for $15k. Red Flag #1: The truck is actually $18k, they come up with BS fine print that it's $15k after a $3k down payment. (False Advertisent) Red Flag #2: I asked if I could test drive the truck and the salesman said, the truck was not ready. When asked to elaborate on its "not ready" status, he said, "it just needs some preventative maintenance before it's ready to go" (Shady... So, a truck needs an oil change or something and they won't let me take it for a quick spin? Obviously a lie...) Red flag #3: No Carfax available and salesman couldn't elaborate on the title status, accident history, or if body panels were repaired. (I ran the VIN's on 2 of their F150's both were priced too high for vehicles with major accidents in their history, IMO.) Red flag #4: Read these bogus 5 star reviews from fake accounts writing their very first review... They don't deserve the Google rating they have someone is obviously writing reviews for them. This place is beyond shady. They straight up lie to you in their pricing, vehicle condition, history, etc. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE.

As everyone knows car buying is for the birds the hassels the emotions all of it. I have had many cars and purchased many used cars from dealers and buy here pay here establishments never did i have such an easier time with the purchase of my new car today at any other dealer. Nelson and Jenny were amazing and worked it out to get me the car i wanted not what they wanted and at a price i wanted as well with less than perfect credit. They are the people to see Car Credit hills and habana awesome family friendly establishment😀

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! I had purchased a car on a Saturday and it went in the shop THAT Monday, I was given the go around about when my car would be fixed and I had asked for a itemized receipt of the NEW parts that were put on my car and they weren't able to provide me with that. I had to physically go out to the dealership and try and figure out my situation because nobody could understand me over the phone. Victoria the so called service manager has HORRIBLE customer service, kept calling me a liar then I had proof I was not lying and that when she decides that she said the things she said. My car went from having a shifter problem, to an electrical issue to a 'ahhhh electrical issue or something' was Victoria's words. I proceeded to ask for my money back because I did not trust them anymore and did not want to do business with them. Meanwhile the OWNER is there and does not come to me one time to make amends or ask me what my issue is. I eventually get all of my down payment back AFTER having to threaten them with my lawyer.

Excellent service but they got my hopes up on getting my dream vehicle but was turned down by the finance company . I was willing to pay double car paying make up the different they wanted but financial company denied my offer. The sale agent was excellent yet One door close another one open. USA Auto gave me the GMC 2017 Terrain I wanted for the money I had and agreed with me making up the down payment difference in two bi weekly payments then I make my schedule payment,Super Happy.

I cannot wait to pay off my car so I that I have no further dealings with this place! We make an appointment on a Thursday to have the brakes looked at and an oil change.My husband takes the car, waits maybe an hour and is told oil changes are done on Saturdays only and to come back then, also because it's cheaper on Saturdays for brake work. So we go early Saturday just to be turned away because they have way to many cars to work on and wouldn't be able to get to ours. REALLY???? I've said it once and I'll say it again. This place is AWFUL!!! They sell cars that have been in accidents but don't disclose it. I notice things on the car that I had not noticed prior to purchasing it. My fault, I should have checked car fax, but I needed a vehicle so badly and I didn't even think of it. That's what they thrive on. And they lack customer service. I've spoken to some of the rudest people, mainly where car payments are paid. Do not do business with this place! They are good to you until you make your purchase. After that, it's all over!!! I give them a negative 5.

I want to say this is the place to go!! Daniel was so great to work with he stayed with us till we left and so helpful. Please go to this place and ask for him very honest salesman.

hi I am so disappointed with Car Credit located at Habana. when I went there I saw a lady with red hair that deserves my respect i know more than her about customer services and car business she doesn't have any idea what she is doing, talking with her coworkers all the time, she gave me wrong information about the cars they have in their lote, she went to her boss to talk about I don’t have any idea and I said OMG 😱 I CAN’T BELIEVE I decided to post that because I don’t want that others waste time for nothing Please If you want a car go to another store Was so disrespectful

The service I received here was absolutely amazing !! William and Yosly both worked very hard to meet my needs and exceeded expectations. True definition of customer service and genuine care for others!

Sales people are nice but the finance people are rude, they miss up payments done over the phone and caused my card company to freeze my account, and now I have to drive an hour out of my way to make cash payments. Now I called and made an appointment to get my oil changed. We arrived at 8:15 am and we are still here (2:30).

Steer clear! Don't trust them. I've reported this business to the BBB and investigating further to send documentation to the FL States Attorney. Look up the accounts doing all these 5 star reviews. They are brand new accounts with 1-4 reviews... all, you guessed it, Car Credit Tampa, Ruskin, etc. No other reviews. Just Car Credit dealers... What's the chances that they bought from ALL the Car Credit dealers on the same day...obviously they write their own reviews.

My services was great here. I heard about car credit on tv . And I decided to drive by I first stop by the one on Hillsborough. Then I continue to look at a nothing location and that when I knew I was at the right place. I received the best customer service. With noel and jenny my services was so great I name my hummer n. J. I will recommend others to try. I drove 4hrs I came in to get the car and they made it happen thanks to everyone who made this happened.

I went to Car credit after texting with Tania the salesperson several occasions. When I when there I don’t feel comfortable because she is not professional and was not able to explain nothing about the procedure to get my car. I decided to buy in another place. Please never go there for any reason.

They rush real fast but dont tell you nothing about the car no mileage the cost ,they take your title and ask how much money you have without giving you any information about the car your interested in. I thought they were desperate. Very pushy and no starting the car nor giving you any information about the car. Right away they wanted the money, i got my title and left. She called until closing and today also. Very non perfectional. Manger and seller they didnt even come out to the lot i had to go in. Thank you cause i told her i had bought a honda cash 2014 for 13678 thousand dollars with warranty for she wouldn't bother me. Learn to sell and work with the costumer and show the car start it and say how much it it cost, dont just worry that she has 1000 dollars in hand..Thats how i felt about that car lot on Hillsborough and Habanna. Thank you but i will continue to look for a car cause i have enough cash to buy it or give down..

I had an awesome experience in this place . William the manager and Yoslay were very nice, they were very professional and knowledgeable. I fully recommend this place. Their service was above and beyond.

I went to Car Credit at Habana and I am felt uncomfortable because the lady there doesn't have any idea about cars and doesn't speak any English. Please don't waste your time in that place, in my opinion she deserves 0 star.
