FiCare is a great place to save money! We have used them for our past two auto loans and saved lots of money. Whenever doing business with them Michael A. has been our loan officer, he is quick to respond, competitive with rates and always comes through for our loan needs. I love the customer experience he provides and will continue using them for future needs. Way to go Mike!!

FiCare FCU is an amazing credit union and is always there to help when you need financial services. My latest experience was absolutely stress free and I would like to give a shout out to the credit unions auto advisor, Beth Shoup, she helped me purchase my new dream SUV!! What a fabulous experience, I highly recommend her services!! What a pleasure to work with and like I said a great experience!

I am very grateful to have found out about FiCare. I have been a member of USAA for over 20 years, and never had an inclination to try other banks/FCU's. I found out about FiCare, decided to try their services, and have been blown away by every facet of their organization. Their rates are amazing and have already saved me quite a bit of money, but just as importantly, their customer service is top notch. I have dealt with Michael A. a few times and he has been extremely professional, and even remembered details about past conversations that most CSR's would not. Top notch organization. Andy in billing is kind and truly cares about the customers. Personally I had some health troubles recently and FiCare was understanding and had worked hard with me to handle my situation without the worry of losing my car in the process. Again, wonderful organization !

My experience was superb! Loan Officer Mike Alfieri was prompt in getting all the information to me to ensure a smooth purchase of my lease. I was able to complete the entire transaction from the comfort of my home. No doubt 5-Star service, highly recommended!!!

I have honestly had the worst experience from this credit union, I am a mother of 3 and have been experiencing major financial difficulties this year and the staff at this credit union made my issues much harder. The staff was extremely harsh and not friendly I understand I was making late payments but I was doing everything I could to communicate and catch up and I eventually did. Now when I call my call is sent directly to Andy in the tampa office, he doesn’t greet me with a hello he’s not helpful and treats me like an annoyance. I’ve had my Auto loan with them for 3 years and have never been treated the way I have with this company over a financial crisis’. I hope the company will improve but I hope to refinance and cut ties soon.

Mike A and Louie worked GREAT as a team and got me out of a vehicle and into a new car. They did the unthinkable and made it just an easy process. I felt like a princess! Thank you Mike and Louie for all of your hard work. I am forever grateful!!!

Rosalie is fantastic! Rosalie went way above and beyond, again, helping me with a DMV issue. Every time i have needed assistance over the past 18 years Rosalie has come through for me with flying colors.
