Very friendly and helpful! Getting a vehicle was easier than I thought! Mike helped me get my car and the Lot manager was super nice and did a great job cleaning my car up before we left the Lot! Thank you Car City!

Quick and easy process getting the vehicle. Hopefully the car runs good and long for me. Bought the extended warranty hopefully it's worth it. As far as the process getting the vehicle was easy. Everyone there was super nice.

Pretty easy to search and get a car you like. I did not feel force to buy any car and since the cars are open you can see them and their prize without asking. Today I got a 2013 Camry with little down. Great place overall.

Test drove 3 vehicles. And found the rite one for me. All sales people and staff are very friendly & helpful . I highly recommend buying a used car from carcity. Now I have only had the car 3 weeks and it's been in the shop 3 times. Not happy at all. And especially with precision claims. Be careful what you buy from these people.

Beware! I took delivery of a car Friday and that evening discovered the tail lights and blinker in the front weren't working. I called thinking they would get the car right in and fixed. Nope! I have to take it to a shop and have it fixed. That calculates to a dozen phone calls, time off work and a car I can't use. No one can get the car in for a week. So much for safety inspections! I've tried to resolve the problem with the sales person and the person in charge of making sure these things are done before the car leaves the lot. I got told to find a shop and their insurance would pay for it. Meanwhile as a consumer I would expect they would be happy to take care of the problem.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. They did everything they could to ensure I left the lot with a car. I’d recommend them to anybody. Thank you car city

Eager to sell vehicles that break down within 30 days and the warranty that's offered won't even cover the cost of the repairs. I was in need of a vehicle and I thought this place wasn't going to be like all the other dealerships who sell people bad vehicles that break down. My desperation for needing a dependable vehicle led me to more desperate times and it hasn't even been 60 days with my vehicle. Now I'm stuck with a car note for a vehicle that doesn't run and my warranty doesn't cover.

Absolutely awful. I had been talking with Mike Marshall at the Wyoming, MI location for a little over a week. I expressed to him that we NEED a vehicle for our family of 7. After much looking, lots of headaches, paperwork, etc, I told him I wanted a specific vehicle (the only one in the whole network we found that met our needs), and even made it work to pay $1,200 more than I was comfortable with... My partner went in to get the vehicle, and he was giving the keys to someone else and sold it. I had spoken with Mike on the phone one hour earlier to verify. Completely disgusted with the lack of professionalism and disregard for the care of myself and my family. We even financially supported Mike's son's fundraiser! Complete disrespect and professional abuse. Save your money and your dignity.

DONT GO HERE UNLESS YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE NO CHOICE!!!!!!!! They got me a car priced for $13,000, the exhaust was completely rusted, broke at the muffler and still isn't been fixed (has been broke since October). The parking break doesn't work, yet they want me to pay over $500 a month. Stay away from them, the only negotiating they do is in ways only they benefit.

Very good service and this is my 2nd car here so I got a much better deal this time around. Justin helped me out alot with understanding this whole process and getting me in a new vehicle. Lot Manager took care of of the one issue I had with the seet not reclining and got it fixed right away. Just bought 3rd vehicle from here and was once again a great experience jordan helped me out getting the truck I wanted from another lot brought down here super fast.

Don't finance through this company, you would be beter off selling a kidney. Rather than getting a car here look for a sell by owner listing on Facebook market. Do that and you can save money from their 400% middleman mark up. Also you will be lied to about maintenance issues possibly and not excluded to rebuilds of major components.

They sell junk got a 2013 Volkswagen and it only takes $.50 in gas at a time blower motor doesn’t work my sister got a car and it had all sorts of cooling issues they don’t deserve a good review

You do not want to buy a car from this place if you have any other options, bus, bike or just walk. They charge you 3 times more then the vehicle is worth and the customer service is non existent once you sign that lease. Don’t try and get out of the lease early either. I still paid $10,500 for a vehicle I drove for 3 months. They prey on people with no other options, it’s all about that almighty dollar with them.

Had good experience with all people and they did except my trade in. Vehicle was in excellent shape. Would like to up date my review. First of all I do like the explorer I purchased. After a month and a half the clutch bearing froze up on the air compressor. I got a quote for 1400. Dollars to fix. Unbeknownst to me the 6 months warranty that came with the vehicle doesn't cover that part to fix. I was told to call Alan, the warranty manager and maybe they,we can work something out. I called him and he said he would get back with me. A week and half later no call. In the meantime I had it repaired and paid for it my self. So I stopped back in and wondered why Alan didn't try to call me back to atleast tell they could help out or tell me I was on my own. It's your problem now. This happened twice with Alan. No call back. Makes me wonder if there management really cares about people After the sale. I will be replacing my 2001 blazer and this won't be the place I'll be coming back too.
