Absolutely had the best experience today @ the Wyoming location with Kinda Deising & Katie Pell. I was in the application process of an auto loan with Bloom CU and reached out to them for help. Kinda was able to identify my issue and Katie was able to completely take care of it. Not only did they make it an enjoyable experience but they were very expeditious. This has been my bank for 25+ years even through the names changes and some of the people. All the people have always been nice and welcoming! Love the bank app too! Simple and easy! Convenient location

They have a great credit assistance program and was able to help my family improve our credit scores and helped us consolidate a lot of our credit card bills, and it didn't cost us anything. Will be a long time member!

MPCU is a heartless & uncaring company. They lie to you & continuously say there's nothing they can do. It's our policy! Well special help can be made for extenuating circumstances! This is the last straw. I'm leaving here to a bank that wants my business.

Time to change. Trying to get my May statement. Not posted online. Called and told it would be another 2-3 days before I can get it online. Assistant tried to get it behind from the scenes but not available. Trying to close on home loan with another bank. This is the only paperwork I am waiting on to close loan. In this day and age hard to believe they cant post on first of month. Will be closing all accounts and moving on.

I've been with this credit union for almost 50 years and I love the people there! However, why is it that they don't open at 9:00 every day? It can be such an inconvenience for me when I have to start my day early.

I was told that I was good to go with an auto loan twice-then when I went to make a move the interest rate jumped. The loan department is a joke!

If I could put negative stars I would. Hands down the worst experience I have had with any bank or credit union in all of my life. Heartless.
