Jim Ivors helped with our closing. Very friendly and great communication. Very nice office setting to do closing. They worked closely and effectively with our realtor and lender. I would not use anyone else if purchasing a home in this area.

We were completely 'fried' by the time out closing came around. We had done SO MUCH 'ELECTRONIC' PAPERWORK to get a loan!!!! Being of a certain age we were in the dark a lot of the time, trying to figure out how to do everything on a computer, or iPhone electronically. FINALLY ~ Capital Title, Miss Candy & papers, REAL paper, ya know the kind made from trees, the kind you can touch, in front of you, sign on the line, & take home copies to reference if need be, that kind of paper! Also, REAL pens, the kind you hold and write with, rather than some crazy ''e-signature' that we did with our finger tip - huh?, it looked NOTHING like 'our' real signatures, OR simply clicking on a box to initial this or that. And yes, we are baby boomers. THANK GOD for Miss Candy & Capital Title where it was painless, actually fun & what we know..... OLD SCHOOL! Miss Candy was a sweetheart! WE are SO THANKFUL to be done e-signing, clicking, scanning, emailing, & adding information in to our portal, isn't that something on a boat? Give me paper & a pen ANY DAY. I have purchased 7 homes & this process was very difficult. THANK YOU Capital Title & Miss Candy for a pleasant experience! sue & mike power
