    This was one of the best title offices and nicest closings I have been to. With all title fees set by the state, it's nice to know that 1) they are a Texas company and not a 'foreign' entity; and 2) they have the nicest amenities and most attentive people (they really took the time to explain everything and did not 'throw the contract' at me). Great job Capital Title, and i took a few of your metal pens BTW :)

    Kristy Cobb was our escrow officer and I could not be happier. I am a realtor so I can tell when a title company is on top of things versus disorganized. Kristy was always on top of things and aware of every detail. She managed my client selling a home, but also buying a home. Kristy worked it out to where we did both transactions at the same time. She did a great job and I'd recommend her to anyone!!!
