I have had exceptional buying and selling experiences with Kristin Putnam at Capital Title. She goes above and beyond — often working outside of business hours to provide excellent products and to ensure I was fully informed and educated on the title insurance process.

This company stole my money in a fraud closing and helped foreclosed on my property while under a lawsuit. I turned all into the district attorney after the CEO refused to be honorable and IS involved in a large mortgage scam. His lawyer, bullied me for almost two years and filed enormous lies to force me to go away. I am not allowing these people to walk without returning my stolen asset, along with my furniture. What a NIGHTMARE!!! BEWARE!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!!! If there would be a unprofessional location this would be the grand winner. This location was horrible in every aspect. From prepping the closing documents, power of attorney letters and closing experience. When I went to do my closing they literally left me outside in my car brought me the closing documents to sign with no assistance at all. I was in the car for 2+ hrs. My lender and realtor requested a spansh speaker for me to help me which I was never given one. While I was waiting I saw people going in and out of the building taking pictures with their SOLD signs. So at that moment I felt uncomfortable, upset or should I say discrimanted against. After 2 long hours i had to come back in the afternoon due to a bad written power attorney letter . Went to a different location (humble ) which they treated me like they should after All I am a paying customer. If you want your closing experience to be a 5 star please DO NOT go to LOUETTA location they are so unprofessional. Save your troubles.

They didn’t communicate very well. Everything they did seemed like it started 2-3 days after when it should have. They didn’t honor their own deadlines. Their attention to detail was lacking. They just didn’t seem like they cared. I’ve closed on four properties over the last three years and this title company was by far the worst.

Capital Title is by far one of the best title companies I ever worked with. The experience and knowledge that the escrow officers have, their problem solving skills, their knowledge, their customer service are five star. You cannot find better quality service.
