Adam was extremely helpful. I came in to look for tools and ended up buying an apple watch for my wife. Witch I have the slightest clue about. He talked with me about the different series along with making sure the watch worked and that I was a happy customer. Thanks man. Your customer service is top tier. And definitely excited about bringing the wife home a surprise for a fair price.

Mr. S Dixon and Ms. Judy worked to turn a situation that could have turned out negative into a compromise that could work for myself and the store. I purchased a gun and the due to a malfunction the magazine pin had fallen out and the would not hold the magazine. We had a miscommunication in which I went to the store for a resolve but did not work out as intended. Nevertheless, Mr. Dixon worked with me to contact gun manufacturer for resolve and did due diligence to follow-up next day. Although I will have to go through a process to have gun situated it is appreciated that the staff took the extra steps to assist.

Lost a firearms sale due too mask policy. First time enforced in this business since plandemic started with at least 20 visits. Pronto is much better shop anyway. Support business that supports freedom. ✌️

I had giving this pawnshop 5 stars 2 years ago, now I’m giving 1 star. The black older gentleman man had no clue on what he was talking about. When I offered to help with the pro audio equipment he denied my services and told me to bring it back when I can make it work. IT’S PRO AUDIO EQUIPMENT. He actually expect me to bring my computer tower out my home to show the pawnshop to show that the audio equipment that YOU BUY works! If you buy pro audio equipment why do you not have a computer to test it!

Rhonda Ross is a Rockstar and deserves to be a GM of one of your stores if she isn't already!!!!! Not to mention, her hair looked fabulous!!!!

My experience at Captial Pawn was top notch the other day.I was behind the last person giving there review. The owner walked around the shop trying to find a way to help get the kid stuff to work. The kid was holding me up.The Owner is always professional with everyone. KID ITS your responsibility if you selling something to show the buyer the item works. Captial Pawn you have plenty of Satisfied customers here in mobile. Only those who don't get there way leave bad reviews.

The best in town. Have a very good inventory. The laptop I got a year ago is still running good. The young lady (I think her name is Amber) is very informative of guns and technology and the gentleman there are also helpful.

One thing I've learned about pawn shops is that normally the employees are not willing to help you and are only worried about the money they will eventually make from you. I walked into capital pawn a little while back because of recently losing my job and had to do what had to be done. Alan, one of many of their awesome employees happily greeted me as soon as i walked in and he made me feel so welcomed. I explained my situation and he sincerely was ready to help. He was super knowledgeable about EVERYTHING And made my day by his great personality and hilarious sense of humor. Actually everyone there seemed to love their job and was cracking jokes left and right. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and I will!

Came the pawn shop looking for a drill and ended up getting a drill and zawsall cheaper then I coulded got one drill at the store. Ryan and Dixon the associates at the store were very knowledgeable and had a understanding of construction.

First and foremost I would like to say that this place is amazing and always helps me when I need it. The employee named Judy is always on top of it and always helps me and my family out when we come to buy something or maybe pawn something to take care of our bills. some people probably do not realize that this is a business that needs to stay alive by helping each other 50/50 and they do that very well. No matter the situation or the emotional content that a customer might feel the employees do what's right to take care of everyone.

I have done business with Capitol for quiet a while now. I allways check with them to see if they have what I'm looking for. Often if they do not they will call me when it is in their shop. The staff is ALLWAYS Friendly and helpful. I've purchased several guns from these people and never had any issues. Prices are allways in line and often times cheaper than even the big box stores. If you want honest deals and good people to deal with this is my first choice and would and have recommended them to friends. I will be doing business there in the future....Van
