Capital Pawn - Fort Myers Palm Beach Blvd, Fort Myers

I really do like this pawn shop. it's definitely one of the better ones. But they say they will pawn anything even a tank. That's not true because I own heavy equipment and called to ask if I could pawn the keys. Much to my surprise they do not let you do that. I have no hard feelings but I feel they need to retract the statement. They will not pawn anything. They might let you pawn a tank but the keys that you need to start it which are more valuable. they will not.

I have been doing business with this specific pawn shop for almost 2 years now. I bought a set of sub woofers that were were blown. When I called to let them know they stated that I have been doing business with them for a while now and that I should've purchased the warranty. I then stated that everytime I buy something from them they have never offered a warranty and so i never knew about a warranty. His response was well we are corporate now so theres not much I can do

Went in to the store to pawn a gold 1oz bar 1 of 20 that I own. Handed to the female behind the counter, she showed it to the guy working with her and returned it to me stating they do not buy gold bars… This is a pawn shop and you don’t buy gold?? I don’t see you staying in business very long if you’re not able to buy gold. So after leaving there went to another pawn shop and they loaned me the money without an issue.

I have been to Capital Pawn several times at a few different locations, and every time I have had an amazing experience, always given the same percentage amount for my items being sold/pawned.. every time.. never any problems. EXCEPT the last time I went to this location, I was given a little over $100 less than what I normally would have been offered. Scott stepped in after the other employee looked up how much everything would be, and started typing back and forth on the computers looking up the things himself.. and then proceeded to offer the lowest amount.. and refused to even budge on the offer even though it was already way less than what I normally would have been offered. He was completely rude about it and didn't do business how you should. How can you give someone the same percentage for items several times and then all of a sudden say they can't do that and offer less.. never had a bad experience with this company until then. Didn't appreciate it, we drive over an hour to bring our things here for how well they take care of us everytime. Probably won't be back to this location because of him. Every other employee there was great and treated me fairly though.

I been coming here for years and they always ask how much you would like. They are friendly and they are very nice never rude. I always make sure i come here before i try anyone else cause they are like family here. So I'll tell everyone to go here don't go nowhere else

Very friendly personal, usually get movies and always great conditions basically new. Always like to roam around and notice great deals. Young lady name kandi was very patient and very helpful with my million questions i have before i buy anything. Will recommend thanks to her customer service skills makes you feel like a trust worthy company.

I visit quite a few pawn shops and this is one of the good ones. Nice selection, reasonable prices, and friendly staff. This time it was Elly who was very personable and helpful. It is also usually clean and well organized, except for a table piled up with random stuff shoved in the front corner for some reason. Don't even bother with the other two pawn shops within walking distance of this one, it is a waste of your time.

I would rather go to Capital Pawn than a jewelry store! I buy most of my diamonds here! I love Ellie! She is professional, knowledgeable, and fair. I love coming there and she greets you with the biggest smile! She makes you feel comfortable and easy going!

I went there looking for a computer. Most places just sell them and can't give me the information I need. One of associates there, Markus did a excellent job answering all my questions, About gigabytes and ram and such. I felt like I got a great deal. He was a pleasure and I will be frequenting this pawn shop more often.

Service there was really really good! Especially Nury she helped me find what I needed. I was trying to find some work items and she helped me find exactly what I want she has very good manners and is so sweet, friendly, and kind. Keep it up nury!

I've called here multiple times, gotten estimates for items I have, now they have changed the rules and cannot give estimates over the phone. However the lady who I was speaking with on the phone was flirting and messing around with someone while I was trying to ask questions. I've brought an item in and got a good price for it, but when I went in nobody wanted to help me, literally everyone standing around laughing and flirting with each other while I stood at the counter waiting. Doesn't scream professionalism to me.

Went to the store today and it was wonderful to see the young Man Nigel and his staff treated me with respect. Normally when I visit the store, the manager treats me and other customers like trash with no respect or dignity. This young man is a true leader, and a the staff looked happy and confident working beside him. It was the first time in months that I saw the store and it's employees so positive, I truly enjoyed shopping there today, I made my purchase and actually returned in the afternoon and made a second purchase. Thank you for the outstanding service. Please keep this young man in charge.

I had an amazing experience with Capital Pawn today. I had visited another pawn shop and was not happy with the results. They tried convincing me that no other pawn shop would offer more. However, I refused to listen and decided to try another one. I called Capital Pawn up on Palm Beach Blvd spoke with Jonas. I told him what I wanted to pawn and that I was only looking for $100.00 for the item to put with my rent. The other pawn shop was only offering 70 and refused to go any higher. He told me to come inside. When I got there I was greeted with a smile from everyone. He knew exactly who I was when I walked in which was a plus to me. He examined the item to assure it worked and was even able to offer me more then what I asked for. I was really happy with the outcome. I was very pleased with my service at this shop. I highly recommend this place if you are looking to buy, sell or get a loan. When my husband and I walked in we noticed how clean and organized this place is and how well stocked it is with electronics, tools, and jewelry. We were greeted with smiles from the staff and well taken care of. Specifically, Jonas and Scott. Jonas was very helpful, he went above and beyond to help me get what I needed. I love to prowl around pawn shops and very often find cool stuff, which is what I was doing today. I had stopped by one one of the local shops, (with the yellow sign), and after looking at over priced junk and being ignored for 20 minutes, I left. As I was walking to my truck I noticed there was a shop just across a little side street from the first one, and.I decided to check it out, and am glad I did. I walked into Capitol Pawn and was greeted by a number of employees. The items displayed were in much better shape, and the prices were reasonable. it was clean and the items well displayed. It was like the places I loved to prowl on the west coast. I noticed a little .22 rifle and asked if we could negotiate the price a bit. The friendly young ladies behind the counters told me it was a manager's call, and one went to get Ivan, the manager. I spoke with Ivan, a very nice guy, and we agreed on a price. It was a great deal, which I couldn't refuse. If you are tired of being treated like trash when looking through pawn shops, try Capitol. Good folks, good inventory, and clean. There were also about 10 customers walking around, which was 10 more than the shop with the yellow sign. I was very satisfied.

Horrible service I stood in there for 20 minutes to be told I’d be waited on next.I came here with the intention of buying a gold rope Chain speakers for my truck but you just lost out on a 700 dollar sale for being judge mental and helping some else just based on my looks!! Horrible service

In my opinion I think that capital pawn is a very good place to shop at the prices are low and everything there is undamaged and functions correctly. All the employees that work there are very nice and help a lot with what you are looking for. Nury is one of the employees there and she is very nice and sweet and always greets you with a smile on her face. She also knows where everything is and what the prices are for everything. She is amazing.

Great place to get electronics "PS4" stuff. Quality products at amazing prices, don't waste your time on letgo or eBay dealing with strangers. Really liked dealing with Ivan, he knows his stuff, hate to admit it but hes pretty fair and reasonable as well.

My boyfriend wanted to buy video games and stopped at this pawn shop. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by the manager and another employee. Kandi walked up to us, after she greeted us as well, and made sure that we knew where the video games were at. The pawn shop was very clean and organized that our trip there was quick. I took a glimpse of their jewelry selection and will be going back soon.

Capital pawn is a good place to go and shop for items. The prices are low and at a reasonable price. The items are not damaged or in a bad condition. Nury in particular is very good with the customers and is always in a good mood with a desire to help each and every customer.
