I met one of the female employees through the window and I wanted to create an account for my company that I established soon and obtained a license to practice the profession. The way she spoke to me, was bad nasty and very provocative. Poorly managed bank branch. They had 1 teller tending to a line of at least 15 customers, the line was literally out the door, and they had 1 bank teller working. Two additional staff were walking back and forth doing nothing. It took the teller at least 35 minutes to get through one customer. Absolutely ridiculous.

Not that capital one bank is a bad bank but the Elizabeth branch is the worst. ATM’s is always down. Especially after hours. I get anxieties just thinking about going there and not have to end up in union.

There is always a very long line. The ATMs ALL 3 never work. Its a shame I need to travel to the next city over to use one of the branches in Union. In Union there are 5 ATMs that always all work, and never has a line to speak to a Teller. Elizabeth is a very busy branch, I am not sure why they have not upgraded the issues with there ATM as Union did not to long ago.

Its a shame 2.9 stars for a bank if i can give a 0 stars i give to talk to my wife to close account this branch is a shame of capital one ope this close people not treating costomers good ATM never work i have to go to newark or other city to use ATM losing time and money if this continues llike that i close my acount 0 stars

The ATM never dispersed my cash. $700 worth! I went inside and of course a condescending attitude from all staff including managers. Said it's not their fault and to take it up with the atm company. I will be suing that branch. They didn't even put an out of order sign on it even after I complained. So the same thing ended up happening to about 6 people after me. Guy with a long hair, two Spanish women. Im so upset I didn't get their names.

The capital one bank at 911 s elmora ave in Elizabeth nj seems to not care for theirs customers nor do their customer service any good. I stood in line for more than an hour along with 14 other people while 1 teller was behind the counter. This is not how a company in the business of customer service treat their customers. Tha manager has a disregard for the customers leaving the weight of customer service on the tellers alone. This branch at 911 s elmora ave Elizabeth nj gets one star for the many teller they decided to have work a known busy day and time.
