I’m writing this review from my new beautiful home in Bloomfield. My wife and I would not have been able to get to this point if it weren’t for Jill and the team at Guzman Realty. We started working with Jill early this year and she was so helpful throughout the process. As first time homebuyers, we were nervous about all we didn’t know, particularly in a very competitive housing market, but Jill set our minds at ease with her ability to calmly, clearly, and patiently explain every step of buying a home. It was so reassuring to have someone we could trust on our side. To say that Jill loves her work would be an understatement, as anyone who has met her would quickly learn. She, and the rest of the team at their office, have an obvious passion for finding people homes they will love. And we certainly love ours!

How can we tell you the happiness we feel? After paying rent for 19 years we came to you to rent a new apartment. We never dreamed we would be able to be homeowners!!!!!! October 18, 2018, we closed the title on our wonderful new home and yes we are homeowners!!!! My new home in Roselle Park!! The kitchen is so beautiful that my wife will be cooking nonstop for myself and our two wonderful boys… My boys would only have to walk 2 blocks to Roselle Park High School. My husband and I are so completely happy with the services of Jill Guzman Realty. We owned a 2 family home on Inslee Place Elizabeth NJ for 2 years. We decided to move South to a warm climate and we called Jill. In less than two weeks our house was under contract and we had to start packing!!! There was a lot to pack after 20 years!!!! We can not say enough about Jill and her office manager Betsy. She was the kindest and most caring ever! We want them to visit us in our new home in Florida and enjoy the beach. I love Jill Guzman Realty! People at their office are always friendly and very informative. I wasn't sure about getting a realtor to sell my home but following Jill Guzman information from their social and website convince me this was the right people to work with. Thanks guys!

Deiny is the worst realtor associate that I have ever worked with. It was an extremely unpleasant experience shopping with her. It seems like she is relatively new to the reality field and still does not know all of the in’s and out’s. She has difficulty securing access to homes and she rarely knew the answer to any of my questions. I had to drop her immediately and found an excellent realtor with Remax. It is a shame, as I remember Jill Guzman being an excellent realtor when I first used them about 15 years ago. Jill really needs to vet who she allows to work with her. If you care about getting things done in a timely matter and having your questions answered, pick a different realtor in in your shopping endeavors.

Jill and her team were fantastic! She helped me sell three properties in Linden in one year all of which were occupied with tenants that were less than cooperative. We faced many hurdles together and I thank goodness for Jill’s professionalism, grace, and deep understanding of the human element that many real estate agents forget. Houses are not just boxes… They are homes that people care about and in my case I cared very deeply. Jill’s cheerful personality is something that can’t be faked… it’s natural and honest. I promise you can trust her— she’s the real deal. Take it from someone who’s been around the business for 20 years and I also have been known to be somewhat skeptical sometimes overly skeptical… I felt safe with Jill and I could not be happier. I wish I would have met her sooner but now that I have seen her in action I will never go to another realtor again in the state of New Jersey.

My boyfriend and I went to an Open House two years ago where we met Jill for the first time. She is a person who is very charming and who cares about ALL of her clients. We told her our requirements in a house and it turned out that this house was just perfect! Jill escorted us around and pointed out all of the features that met our requirements. She introduced us to Greg Kiamie and helped us get our mortgage. In under 2 months, we were homeowners! Jill made everything so easy. I really recommend the JILL GUZMAN REALTY AGENCY to anyone and everyone who wants to buy or sell a house! OH, and my boyfriend proposed to me at the closing!!!! Of course I said YES!

Came in a few weeks ago to look for an apartment. Talked to the owner who was very chatty and referred me to her agent, ALEX CERNA. Once my wife showed up, their demeanor all changed. Now the friendly lady was ignoring us and the agent all of a sudden had an other appointment. My wife is African-Americans. I heard some rumors about this place, but didn't think too much of it. Now after the pure disrespect we were showed and discovering what I found on the agent's social media page, I am more than convinced that this office discriminates 100% and I plan on getting the BBB and the NAACP involved to investigate!
