Capital One Bank Continental Ave, Queens

Apparently closed this week, ATM's had no money tuesday, wed it was papered over.

This branch is awful. There is only one person working behind the desks. I wanted to open a checking account here but I was told by the representative that Capital One does not open checking accounts at the branch anymore. I have to download their app or go to their website and I must open the account online! This is absolutely nuts. And after I did open the account and deposited a large check, Capital One restricted my checking account and is keeping my money. They are not letting me withdraw a penny. This bank is a scam. Many people have had their accounts restricted for no reason. It is impossible to have the restriction lifted. So far I have had to speak to 4 reps by phone and have gone to the branch a couple of times all to no avail. Avoid Capital One.

The worse assistance ever. My husband and I spent 1.45 hour in this agency with an employee who did not know what she was doing. My husband was close to lost his temper but I calmed him down. . Making a long story short after 4 weeks of not getting my permanent debit card we found out that nothing was done. The employee did not update my telephone, my email, nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. What an unprepared employee does for company is huge. Pay attention Capital One....drop by drop..can turn out in a ocean.

Staff is amazing and excellent they tend to you fast and courteously but however this capital one location lacks certain things that would make it perfect like the others in long island nassau county. I recommend going to long island banks better if possible.

CapOne is generally fine for day-to-day banking needs, but if you ever need to work with them regarding, say, a power of attorney or court-ordered guardianship, you are in for a nightmare. This applies to this branch and CapOne in general. If you think you might ever need their help with something even slightly out of the ordinary, bank elsewhere. Update 2/1/2022: There's a new manager for the Rego Park and Forest Hills branches that I worked with today regarding my mother's guardianship. I was impressed with his professionalism and drive to help me. So, I am adding a star to my review.

Just went to this bank was worst experienced management please fire the Indian chubby lady rumful something something very rude provided my info social Id still declined me service please retrain or fired her it’s a disgrace

This is the best capital one bank I went to do a deposit and a good worker named Mikita help us to do the deposit you need a deposit ticket to deposit

What ever you do, if you're a person of color, do not get help from the Trini Indian woman there named Sharon. She is the most stuck up deluded racist I have ever come across. And the worst part of it all, her skin is brown and darker than mine! If you're black and want to cash a check, she will automatically assume that it's fake, your license is fake or you stole the money. May God bless you Sharon, for what ever measure you judge another, God will judge you the same.
