I would really say that their customer service is far and beyond the five star review! It was really my good choice. From the moment you entered you’ll really felt welcome and especially they will really entertain you. I salute to Mr. Marco! He is very good in handling client! Hoping every associates has an attitude like him!

I shouldn’t even give this branch one star my tax refund was available to me and I requested a withdrawal of more than a thousand dollars they denied my request I even called the Bank of America hotline the associate even told them the money is available in her checking account to give her the money and they still denied my request the bank manager was acting like the money is coming out of his pocket when this is hard earned money that I work for

I saw this applied to every client that walked in regardless of what they needed with patience & kindness. Location is very convenient, well lit, safe and on a busy street. Staff is very friendly and customer service is great. However after evening hours. ATM area has non ATM users inside which is not desirable. Hope the cops can monitor them.

Came in for an appointment to hear that their system has been down all day and they can't do anything. To my question as to why nobody called me to save me the trip to the bank for nothing received no definite answer.

Always a horribly long wait with only one teller ever working at a time. Terrible, it's time to finally find a new bank.

Jasmine was very helpful. The bank was clean and not that busy at 10.30 on Saturday. They had 3 tellers for service. All of the staff were wearing masks and gloves.
