Rude and unfriendly tellers let you stand online while they groom themselves. No greeting when you finally are allowed at their window. Have no knowledge to help you with your question. Time to go back to Chase. Also a customer had her card stuck and transaction frozen. She went back and forth telling the teller who finally went out to help. When she returned to her window she went back to cutting loose threads on her sweater.

    Response from the owner

This definitely isn't the experience we aim for, so thanks for tagging us in on this. We'll make sure your feedback is seen by the right eyes.^AS

Dry slow paced. Tellers are okay but it is very slow and usually only 2 tellers. I have to wait so long just to do a quick transaction with the teller. Needs improvement

I came into this bank to make a deposit for my husband.. I immediately noticed a handsome young teller helping a person that seemed to be homeless. Weslly was professional very charming, sincerely caring and patient. Loving the fact that everyone is treated the same here. I love capital one! I will definitely recommend this bank to all of my friends. If your looking for exceptional service that caters to the general public this is the bank for you. I've been banking with chase for a very long time and I've never seen employees like the ones at capital one. Way to go!

Recently visited this branch and was treated incredibly rude by the manager. I was simply paying my dad's credit card and the teller wanted my full social security number..this had never happened before and I've been paying the card for a while as my dad is an older guy and im also a authorized user anyway..I asked to speak to the manager who explained that was the policy even though it's never happened once before and giving out your social can be dangerous...she basically cut me off every time I tried to speak and as I was leaving passed the remarks "don't get Corona out there "..awful experience and I won't be going back

    Response from the owner

Hey there, Peter—We hear where you're coming from on this, and we can confirm that it is now policy for us to require SSN and ID for any cash transaction. That said, we understand your frustration with how this was explained during your visit, along with the general demeanor complaint, so we're doc'ing your feedback to ensure it's reviewed by the right folks. ^VS

Due to covid, modified hours- 9-5 on door and website. Guard said 10, I get it. However, it’s 10:15- still not open with lots of people waiting outside- Several tellers inside, but no explanation as to why they won’t open. Finally opened at 10:30- again no explanation with 20 people in line. Crazy to do business this way.

    Response from the owner

Hi there, Bridgette—This isn't the easy breezy experience we aim to deliver, and we apologize for the inconvenience. Rest assured, branch leadership has seen your feedback. ^VS

The First ATM I tried was so slow that it would never process my request and eventually I had to return my card to myself three times, for fear it would be stuck there. The one that other customers used next to mine claimed to be out of service!
