Hello Trenton, I believe I should give more context to your review for anyone that may read this. You gave us a 5-Star review not a 1-Star initially for our wonderful service you complimented us on. Your compliments are greatly appreciated, and you made reference to how happy you were with our service. It appears your return for more money didn't yield you as much as you would have liked. You then came back to write another review where you stated you gave us 1-Star but then 2-Stars for the 2nd time you returned for a loan. Unfortunately, I don't believe it is fair to reward a company for excellent service and providing you with the needed money you needed as we did, but then come back with negative reviews because they would not give you as much as you want the 2nd time around. I believe it is important for me to acknowledge why. It is important to understand that in our business, you are not provided whatever money you request. You were denied for more than the amount you wanted ($2K) because according to our records, your Personal Injury case will not support you getting more money. You have medical bills that will need to be paid back, along with legal fees that are owed. After taking an initial loan from our company, you then came back shortly after requesting more money. As this is not unusual, it is not always approved due to the case simply not supporting your request. Our business depends on your case settling for a certain amount of money. When it doesn't, how does everyone get paid? I am sure when this is all over, you are expecting to get money from the settlement. However, the more I give you, the less you will get and in some cases you may get nothing more. This is not good for you. Even though the money we provide is consider a Pre-Settlement loan, meaning you get your settlement now, we understand that you may not remember or simply want more at settlement. This is why we must be pragmatic and make sure everyone can be made whole at the end. I personally don't think it is fair that you are providing inaccurate information or are not be grateful for all we did for you. For the record, we approved you for a 2nd loan, we just didn't approve 2K and instead 1K. Most people would be happy just to be approved. I believe you should be thankful we were able to help you not once but 2x. Hello Ms. Spann. I am sorry we were not able to provide you with a decision and more importantly a decision in a 24 hour time frame. I see you found us through the internet. Our website does state we can approve you "in as little as 24 hours." This can be referenced at www.injuryfinancing.com. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a 24 hr frame as we are at the mercy of the law firm to provide us with your accident. I see we were in touch with you daily as to updates on the status of your pending funding request. I see you stated you were not provided a reason why you were declined. We did provide you with a detailed email with reasons why your request would be declined, but we are not specific to all borrowers to the exact reason as everyone's reason is different. I assure you when plaintiff's request of details to our decision, we are happy to provide them. You were not denied due to the injuries you sustained or what you provided us, but rather because we were unable to confirm the information we are required to get from your law firm in a timely manner. For 5 days, we emailed and called requesting to speak with your lawyer directly. We were routed to speak with a 3rd party paralegal service. We had never heard of such a service and we had never worked with your law firm. When we were not allowed to speak with your law firm/attorney, but required to speak with a 3rd party company represented by paralegals, it created serious concerns as you can imagine. As our underwriters are assessing risk, we simply didn't feel comfortable providing a large advance of $6000 when your attorney would not reply with information we would need to help you. In order to not get between you and your attorneys relationship, we try not to disclose information that would create friction between you both. We realize that if we told you that we can't get in touch with your firm, they would accuse us of throwing them under the bus. I understand you were upset about the information we requested of you, but we didn't ask for you to complete an application, do background checks, to submit a SS#, or that we would need to get your credit. We only asked about your treatment, injuries, car damages, and details of the accident to make a good decision. Our call with you took no longer than 15 minutes. I think we can agree this would be reasonable expectations when you found us on the internet and were asking for $6000 to be given in 24 hours. I certainly wish LaShon that we were able to help you in this difficult time, but these are the facts and the reasons behind our decision. Dr. Golden CEO-Capital Financing

For those who need an easy process, no hidden charges or junk fees and a team of caring people who understand the difficult situation our clients are facing we hope we can provide a little peace of mind.

Kenyon, I am sorry you feel this way. Yes, we have to ask you questions about your injuries and your case. No we don't use agents, these are very qualified people there to answer questions, assist our customers, and do all they can to help make the experience wonderful so you can get approved. However, it is required to ask questions if you would like to borrow money. I am sorry we couldn't approve you and based on the information you provided us and what your attorney told us, we simply couldn't give you any money. As I believe it is important that future clients of ours read our reviews for guidance, I want to make sure they have all the facts. These are the facts... Your attorney told us they had just received your case and file 2-3 weeks ago as you were with another attorney and didn't have all the information. They didn't know enough about your case to agree to sign our contracts which is very understandable and if we feel the law firm is not supportive of a loan, we simply cannot move forward. When we received your file, we learned that you already had a loan in place with one of the company's you mentioned. Typically, when someone comes to us with a prior loan with another company, it is because you were denied by the prior company for more money. You didn't mention this in your review. In our case, we were being asked to give you more money and we would be required to payoff your prior loan with the company you took your first loan. In most cases, we will not approve slip and fall cases with Walmart. The fact you had a prior loan and wanted more money, would make this to risky for us and most likely for the prior company you received your initial loan. So we are being 100% transparent, you have a Walmart slip and fall case and these cases are mostly lost by law firms. There is no one worse than dealing with Walmart. When you have a Premise Liability case, it requires a lot of information to better understand the case and without the information, no company can provide you with money as it simply is to risky. So, for all to read...This case is way risky to give money and buy out another company loan. Your attorney was not knowledgeable enough on your file/case for us to invest money. These cases are super risky and most times you lose. This is why we would not approve you and hopefully anyone that reads my comments would not give their hard earned money to someone or something that you knew would not get you the money back. I am sorry, but we don't have any Eli Jenkins in our system that ever contacted us. If you go by another name, I would be more than happy to respond directly to your concerns. As I take all positive and negative comments to heart at Capital Financing, I do believe you may have thought we were another Capital Company as many do loans and you may have us confused. However, I assure you or anyone that may read your post that our company's sense of urgency during a holiday season is in a whole different mode. Although our record of approving our clients is within 24-48 hrs which is unheard of when you are talking about financing and giving people money, certainly during the holiday season it may be expected that things may not be typical as with the rest of the year. As anyone can see from our overwhelming 5 Star Reviews our process, professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to go over and beyond is unlike may see with other service companies. As we must work not only with our clients, but also their Law firms, Christmas week presents unique challenges for anyone trying to get help through Capital Financing or any company in our industry. During this time of the year law firms are typically at 1/2 staff or closed for the last 2 weeks of the year making it very difficult to accomplish fast turn around and the urgency for the clients many times would hope. As we need law firms to provide information about our clients cases and then sign agreements, we are unfortunately at the mercy of their availability. As I realize this explanation didn't address the unprofessional comments mentioned, I felt it was hard to properly comment on these statements as we don't have you in our system of applying for a legal advance with our services. I don't believe that any statement that would be made would reflect your experience or any reasonable apology or response by me as I have no reference of your account to review. So considering this appears to be a review about another company, I can only wish you a Happy New Year and I hope you research the other companies page and write a review there.
