    I have never had an issue with pioneer or capital credit union. If there was an error or other issue, they are quick to fix it. Always friendly staff and the branch manager is the kindest person in the whole organization.

    The implementation from Pioneer to Capitol One is a disaster!! If you use their bill pay service you are probably in trouble.
