Capital City made our re-fi process simple. Josh was great to talk to about all things housing. He was very open and transparent. When our appraisal came back higher than anticipated, he came back to us with a lower interest rate. If you have an FHA loan and have done a loan modification due to circumstances with Covid-19, read the fine print of the modification. The money you are deferring doesn't go to the end of your current mortgage. It belongs to HUD and can delay your closing if you are requesting payoff information.
