Capital City Bank Se Us Hwy, Crystal River

Only bank that would even open an account with us when we moved here in 2013. Have been with them ever since and opened several more accounts for other family members in our house. Always greeted with a smile from everyone. Drive thru is always quick and efficient. Will probably stick with them for the long haul.

I think its VERY innapropriate for tellers to ask customers about thier paycheck. My husband was asked "what do you do for a living? Is this all you get paid? Do you work part time or full time?" Bank tellers need to learn some etiquette and manners. You don't ask strangers about thier personal finances! How rude!

I'd rate y'all 0 stars, just because y'all didn't treat me like a customer. I walk in looking for my grandmother I had dropped off there, first time I ever walked in there everyone behind the counter looked at me and all were talking low, saying he seems suspicious, as I continue to walk up they keep saying I look suspicious, i will never return, I wasn't even treated like a customer, i was so ashamed of the staff, shame on all of you.

For a bank its just a bit above average, better off using a credit union if you want to be treated decently.

Good bank but very low tech so I’m moving on. I’ve had to pay useless fees due to lack of timely notifications. Great bank for low tech customers. Really happy with Wells Fargo

I Love Capital City Bank. I use them for all My business and personal banking. I highly recommend them!!

Worst bank on the planet I recommend the bank in citrus springs less snobby and willing to with you without looking down on you.
