No one picks up the phone. Would have put 0 stars but not an option

I went into the Malta branch to open up a certificate for my son. I already have a joint account and youth savings account with the credit union. I was helped by Cindy Brown. She answered a couple questions I had, opened the certificate and made a deposit for me within what felt like minutes. I was in and out with my toddler with no issues. The process was a lot quicker and easier than I could have imagined. Thank you so much!

Absolutely Fantastic people who work here. They go the extra mile for customers. They certainly went above and beyond to help out my sister to open an acct. Compassionate and genuine.

Love this bank and its capable caring workers

They where my bank for 5 years. Always had affordable rates and approved my very first car loan. Recently, in the past 2 months their phone service has went from an amazing experience, now they have a touch tone system that makes you use your hands in order to verify your identity, a saftey issue because now I have to look at my phone in order to log in while driving, or pull over. After leaving a 1 star review I was called by a rep from cap com, who understood my concern and stated that they would be changing from touch tone BACK to voice activation in coming weeks. I'm still moving to a competitor of TCT credit union because their Branch is in Glens Falls, where I am located for easy travel. Plus I got 1% lower rate on my auto loan. Although cousotmer service is very good at cap com, I'm afraid their Branch is growing too fast for their hiring center to keep up with. Then again every company is screaming for workers, and cap com seems to not be immune due to increased call times. Compared to my smaller local branch who answered the phone with a person immediately. Hopefully cap com can keep up with their increased demand, and keep the proven customer based approach many family/employee owned organizations these companies are known for.

I’ve been with Capcom for years and have been to multiple branches. This specific location in Malta is very understaffed, wait times are always long. I would understand if it was once in awhile, but it’s all the time. With a fast growing town im surprised it’s like this.

Poor customer service, long waits and inept scheduling system. Same experience when I visited in January. The “issues” with the scheduling system is that it doesn’t exist. One year into a pandemic, offering appointments and still unable to get it right.

Love, love this bank. I keep telling them there is a empty bank on Geyser Rd Ballston Spa N.Y. I would love to see them move into there.
