I have been a customer for 7 years. I got a car loan through them. I recently was victim of identity theft. Ever since public service credit union changed to canvas they have been a real nightmare. I recently lost all access to my online banking. How I'd a person supposed to keep up with your money if they have to go to the bank or call them all the time. I will be taking all of my money and going some else's. Stay as far away from canvas as you can they deserve negative 5 stars.

This is the worst place to have any loans, CC, ext., My boyfriend and I have been with them for 4-5years now, and have 1 loan, 1 auto loan, and 1 Credit Card, we have made ontime payments EVERY SINGLE MONTH. When Covid hit, and we needed a little more time, they froze our accounts, and did NOT offer any help.. Do NOT go here. They do NOT have the best interest for you.

Canvas Credit Union is a great place to bank. I've had accounts with them for at least 10 years.

They continuously hold checks that they've already verified and screw up people's accounts never return phone calls they are worthless.

I hate all the changes you've made since becoming Canvas. Also the ATM at this location is always breaking can't deposit cash or checks so now I gotta drive to another location. Update!! Since Covid we can't even enter the lobby without showing our ID's. They canceled my card over a suspicious $0.16 Transaction but I had to fight with them to cancel a card when there was over $700 in actual fraudulent charges.

I regret joining this credit union and I will research other ones so I can close my account. It's ridiculous to place some of my money on hold when I make a deposit!! It's also ridiculous that I had to sign my deposit slip even though I made an all cash deposit and wasn't requesting any money back. The deposit slip even tells you to sign if you are requesting money back.

I have been with CANVAS CREDIT UNION previously (Public Service Credit Union) for 6 years, and this location is by far the best in my opinion. The reasons are as follows: 1. The tellers always make me feel as though I am their most important customer. 2. They greet me by my name, (now tell me that doesn't make you feel special) 3. They never rush me, even if the line is out the door, and the person in front of me took forever, when it comes to my turn, they take their time, talk to me as though I am an old friend and listen. I could go on forever, but I won't, if you haven't checked into them, you owe it to yourself.

There was an associate named Cheyenne at the 120th and Washington bank who was at the door that was sending everyone to the tellers but I felt that she pointed me out of all the people that come in after me I was the only one she asked for my if and she didn’t ask the rest of the people that came in after me for there id and was very nice to them. I work in customer service and they way I was treated was unacceptable and not very Professional. I don’t even want to go back to that bank for the way I was treated and I have been a member for a long time.

I have been with (pscu) canvas for over twenty years and they have always been great when I needed a loan or just everyday banking this place is perfered over all of the banks and credit unions that I've dealt with over the years!!

I wish I could give negative stars. I regret switching to this bank. They are so slow. I don't think I've ever witnessed anything slower in my entire life. There will be one car in front of you and you'll wait at Least 30 minutes. Run away from this location unless you want to be trapped waiting for eternity. The average rating was 2 stars when I wrote this. That's too good for them.

Worst place ever for any financial anything. These people should not have any access to money. The website is horrible, the customer service somehow worse. PLEASE DO NOT GET A LOAN THROUGH THEM. This is not an exaggeration. Nothing they can offer you is worth the years of aggravation. Negative Stars if I could.

The reviews about it taking forever are so true. Never have I been to a bank that take over 20 mins to deposit money. Glad I don't bank here. Bellco is way better on their wait time.

If I could give this bank 0 stars I would. I opened an account here last year around December I was given a card that they print out for you that same day, that card worked for about 2 weeks. It completely stopped working. I went into the bank a couple of weeks later to get another one. They gave me another one. 6 days after getting that card I went to the atm to deposit money and the atm took my money and my card. I went into the bank the following day and the teller made it seem like I lost my card she was asking me if I reported the card missing, I kept telling her that the atm took my card I didn’t lose it. I also was asking about my deposit that I had made at the atm why it wasn’t showing up on my account. They told me to dispute it, and that might take a while that they bank would look into it. They gave me a new card and basically offered me no info about my money that their atm took. Don’t bank with these people they suck.
