These guys are truly amazing! Treated like a real person that mattered, I have a mycar finance with them. My mom is really sick won't be with us much longer, I've been really overwhelmed with everything. I came in to talk to them, & see if I could refinance or something. I needed emergency travel money to go see my mom. They let me skip my payment & Really Helped me. They filled in everything so I just had to sign, & not stress about my payment. Told me Just go take care of my mom, & they would keep us both in their prayers. If I needed anything to just reach out to them for help. 🥰🥰🥰🥰 Absolutely ABOVE & BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Horrible service. The amount of information needed to make a payment is not only unnecessary but also extremely time consuming. Then you can't even reach a person to actually help, instead you get to suffer through the automated system to get absolutely nowhere. This place is an absolute joke and I will be transferring my auto loan elsewhere.

I absolutely love this credit union and specifically this branch! Matthew M helped me set up my business account, they were so flexible with the type of account and they have so many options for small business owners! Him and his manager answered any and all questions I had and they were so kind and patient with me! I also opened a personal account and had a lovely experience with the tellers at the front. They provide so much communication when they get you started and they are really on top of their stuff when you call them with questions. The company itself is well organized and their platforms are very user friendly!! I love credit unions BECAUSE of Canvas!

First of all they do not answer their phone. You can call "their" number, but you get someone at a call center who then has to transfer you to the branch, where they do not answer the phone. The middle of the day during the week and they don't answer their phone. Incredible. Second they do not know what they are doing. I made a deposit of a cashier's check which is verified funds and the teller said it would need to be placed on a new account hold. He then proceeded to have someone help him place that hold. I asked when the funds would be available. Today is the day I was told the funds would be available, and looking online it shows they will not be released for a few business days. I made arrangements based on what I was told. And I had to leave a message and hope someone calls me back because they do not answer their phones. The check was a cashier's check and should have been made available sooner than a personal check. At the very least it should be available when I was told it would be.

Worst bank/credit union I've ever dealt with. They have nothing in favor for the customer if you fall on hard times with a loan. Like most banks or credit unions its all about THEM, NOT the customer. America the beautiful...run by corporations that will suck the life out of you. 10 thumbs down.

I’m so incredibly proud to have this bank as my bank! I am blown away by the respect I have been given every time I go in. I would like to point out one person, Stevie. Stevie has been the most amazing person ever!! I walked in the bank one day in December and I was having a rough day after getting some horrible news. Stevie greeted me and was so sweet!! I was clearly not okay and she by no means had to do what she did and that was to care about my feelings but she went above and beyond to care! She asked me what was wrong, she gave me a hug and she gave me a goodie bag! Stevie is the BEST bank teller in the world!! I’m so thankful I switched banks! I am so proud to have this bank!

After having to go Bankrupt I went to this branch and they were so helpful in opening checking, savings account and even gave me an overdraft line of credit plus credit card and helped me get back on my feet. thank you Canvas Credit Union!

Horrible customer service. I had $10K I wanted to deposit and start a checking account with and Monique treated me like I was trash!!! I would never ever suggest anybody go to this canvas credit union or any canvas credit union, if this is how they treat their customers. So happy I didn’t go with them as my bank.

Love the credit union and offers, not a huge fan of the team here (except for Dylan in finance). I've come here for years often for deposits, withdrawals, etc. The service was always fine. However, I came here twice for a loan. I spoke with a teller up front and they took my information twice. They said they would call me back twice. Never did. Never called. Never called me back for my auto refi, or to open a new line of credit up. I was incredibly upset for coming in and making an appointment only to waste my time. I eventually went in and asked to see someone that day and waited. I spoke with Dylan in finance and he helped me opening a new line of credit and help me consolidate all of my debt into an awesome credit card with incredibly low APR. Not only that, I was approved in under 24 hours. If it wasn't for Dylan, I would've given this place a 1 star review. Note to management: Utilize a better appointment system. Especially for customers who are asking for huge loans, or opening credit lines. Who knows how many clients you've lost to this. Hire better tellers who have a better attitude.

I have been with CCU now for 4+ years and hands down are better than any other banking firm. Great staff always friendly and helpful. So keep doing what you’re doing..
