CAMPUS USA Credit Union Nw 43rd St, Gainesville

I came into this branch on a Saturday to discuss updating my online log-in information as well as a letter I received about a missed payment. I was handed off to someone that could NEITHER update my log in information or help me with my payment. This individual could not look up my latest payment, explain the letter, or discuss the potential late fees. When this employee left to ask a coworker for help they advised me to come back Monday to speak with accounting. You are a bank and could not help me with any aspect of my bank account and made almost no effort to help me. I've been a customer for almost 5 years and have never missed a payment on either of my loans. I will definitely not return to this branch and if my issues aren't resolved on Monday I will find someone else to service my loans.

I took my 2 teenage sons to the 43rd street branch in Gainesville, FL to open up teen accounts. Stacy Salute was our service specialist. She was patient, polite, and knowledgeable. She was awesome with my sons and attentive to their questions.

Absolutely amazing experience at this bank. I came in to open up a business account and Josh was so helpful. I am a new business owner and I was needing a ton of help. He reassured me that he would help me every step of the way and he did. They really seemed to be excited for me and it felt like we were a team for all they did for me. I would 1000% recommend this place to open up a bank account. This is a place where your money can feel safe. Thanks again for all the help!!!

It is always a wonderful experience dealing with Campus USA credit union at Hunter’s Walk. It is largely because of branch manger Krystal Robles that I selected this institution. She has never failed to deliver on any request I have made and everyone in the branch is super-friendly and member-oriented!

The Service Specialist was both friendly and efficient. She gave me all the time needed to get my new accounts properly set up.

I have been so impressed with Campus USA since becoming a member. Their customer service is first rate. They are always available to help and you feel like family. A special shout out to Emmisha at the 43rd Strret branch! This past Friday I arrived 15 minutes before closing time, and her smile of greeting was bright and kind and welcoming. I had 2 what I thought were complicated transactions to make and she made them effortless, and all with graciousnesses and warmth and a smile that never dimmed. Iv been banking at this location for almost 7 years . I can’t say enough Good !!! This location has some of the best people . The young man named Gary has always gone above and beyond too help me with so many things . Between paying off loans too getting loans . The branch manager named ( CRYSTAL ) is also such a super amazing young lady !!! I’m very happy too be a customer in this branch with so many very happy faces !!! This is definitely my favorite CUSA branch. I opened up my car loan here with Campus USA and it was an easy, breezy process. Each employee I have encountered has been very friendly— way friendlier than other credit unions in Gainesville that I have been a member at… Also I’ve never been charged any random or hidden fees and I am very appreciative of that!!! They would always call me before my car payment was late because I kept forgetting to pay it and they even helped me figure out how to set up direct deposit for it so now I don’t EVER forget! Their app is also extremely user-friendly and easy to use. Thank you Campus USA Credit Union!!!
