Cambridge Savings Bank Cambridge St, Burlington

Really poor customer service overall at this branch. Bedford was much, much better, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I will make the effort to not use this branch, even though it's a more convenient location. The VP Senior Branch Manager was extremely rude at this Burlington branch location. Overall I don't want to go into banks anyway, especially when the experience is unfriendly and awkward like it has been here.

I would like to say that the Burlington branch of Cambridge Savings Bank, they deserved a 5 STARS! I have been with CSB for over 10 years, when I moved to North Andover this branch was the closest location for my banking needs. I Would like to say that I had the best experience at this branch with all the employees. They were very helpful with my situation being they I had fraud on my accounts. Also, with the help from Rick in Customer Service, who worked with me the fraud! While I was on my cell phone and on my computer with the scammer I used my land line to contact Customer Service spoke to Rick. He advised me to have my accounts frozen, and then he advised me to go to the nearest branch to get new accounts. When I went to the Burlington branch at 214 Cambridge Street. I would like to give KUDOS to the team from this branch: Fatima Mendonca, Sabina Lalave, Anita Maharjan, and Husain Alsayed Ali. They all pitched in to help me solve this major issue with my accounts. The corporate office should be very proud of this great team they have working at this branch. I am glad I had this opportunity, meeting this great team of employees. Which they ALL showed their work ethics's on how to treat their customers like family. Which you don’t hear about this, these days. You should be very proud of this team taken care of Cambridge Saving Bank customers. Service is bad I’m ther 4:56 and the guy working there not let in and close the door on my face and the other costume I’m going Friday to deposit money on my account and the to this to me bad service not open account on this place gol to other banks..

Bad service!!! THE EMPLOYER FROM THAT BRANCH CLOSE THE DOOR on my face this last Friday and told me If I’m a customer from that bank I should use my card to open the door and use the atm because his already closing the bank,but it was only 4:55pm. I been going to that branch for years now and they always close the door and the bank exactly AT 5 pm. I’m very disappointed with the customer service that I had this past Friday and on Monday going to close my account for sure.

I always get everything done in a timely manner. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Just opened a business account and had a great experience also. I recommend this location and this bank in general!
